Almost 90 days now and no credit posting on my VISA account for shoes returned within a few days of receipt due to poor sizing. Avoid this company— terrible customer service.

This shipment took an extremely long time to arrive with no warning as to how long it would take. There was SOME warning but it wasn’t 2 and a half weeks warning. When I reached out I got an automated response and Everlane did not take the blame they just said oh sorry we did such an AWESOME deal! Screw that, if you’re gonna put out a good deal then have the manpower to handle it. Every other small company I’ve ordered from during this time has had the decency to reply immediately or offer some sort of reason as to why I should order from them ever again, not Everlane! No wonder no one wants to work for the company. And I was offered no discount or apology just a crappy excuse. Thanks for being a waste of time Everlane.

False promotions and advertising. I was convinced to place a huge order from Italy by the “10% off first order” promotion, upon signing their mailing list, but I’ve never received the 10% off discount after I signed up. Wrote two emails to their customer service and after three days I still get to receive an answer. I don’t know how it works in US but these kind of fake adv are illegal in Italy, they could be fined thousand euros. After reading others review I definitely won’t order anything from Everlane. Bad experience even without buying.

I ordered 2 pieces that never arrived and where sent back to Everlane according to the tracking order. It was one month ago and I was never reimbursed! I wrote 3 emails and never received any answer. This is theft!

Terrible customer service! Thanks Emma at Everlane?! I ordered shoes that usually fit but Everlane’s shoes run small. I attempted to return or exchange shoes but Everlane support said I was not eligible. Unbelievable! I have never had a worse shopping experience and I will never but an Everlane product again.

No response from customer service after 3 emails over two weeks. Really like their clothes and their model, but the customer service is awful. They can’t expect to continue in business with this lack of communication with customers. Really disappointed.

Took a month to receive my order, quality and fit poor so went to send it back. Have to pay £5 to do so, paid the £5 and then got returned to the start of the returns process with no label to use to return my order! No customer service number to contact and no help or response to my emails so far! Absolutely shocking! UPDATE: 5 days later and two emails to Everlane and heard absolutely nothing back. No refund of the £5 to return the t-shirts and obviously no refund on the t-shirts as I am unable to return them.

Shiiiit company!!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes on 30/3 but received incorrect one on 24/04. I sent multiple emails but no one replies!!!!!!!!!!! How can I get exchange or refund??? And do I have to pay the shipping cost if I send them back the shoes? Idk what to do, my size is 5.5 but they sent me the size 9 one and totally different styles. I am so angry now!
