Package delayed by over a month and absolutely no communication from Everlane and no number to call. Would 100% avoid if possible.

Still haven’t receive replying email after 3 weeks! I was asking for an extended period for return three weeks ago as the item comes very late, nearly 2 months after my order. Still No reply now. I understand it is an uneasy period but 3 weeks waiting time for an email is ridiculous!

This company used to be good... I don't know what happened. I ordered $600 worth of merchandise, and sadly none of it fit, so I returned it. I received an email saying they received my return and would be refunding me in 1-2 weeks. It has been THREE MONTHS, and I still have not received a refund or any kind of correspondence after three emails!! I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. What the hell happened to this company?

I returned my order to Everlane and as it was an international order I was happy that a week after it had been sent I received an email from Everlane that they had processed it and I had been refunded. A week later and there was nothing in my PayPal account. I emailed the company and did not hear back. After five days I sent a DM on Twitter, still no response. I emailed them again and nothing. It has been nearly two weeks since they received the order back and a month since I placed the order and there has been no communication from the brand. I am not sure what my next steps are as there is no telephone number for this company. I may have to request my bank provides the money. I should have done my homework as there are a lot of negative reviews for Everlane on the internet.

Ordered a jacket during COVID, the package never arrived and the customer service has been terrible. I've sent multiple emails that have either received automated responses or no response at all. I would not recommend buying from here as this seems to be a common issue. Still haven't received a refund or any information about my package to this date.

The info on their website is wrong, they say they provide a return label but they don't. Even when you contact them about it they admit that its their mistake (!!) and the info on the website is outdated, they make you pay the 9 euro fee anyway when you return from Europe. Worst customer service.

Customer service acknowledged my email after delivery however I have never heard back from them again!!! Frustrating as there is no way of making any successful contact with this retailer!!!
