I bought day heel in red colour. When i received it wasn’t even proper red it was bright orange red. Also they say walkable hills my god I almost cried after like few hours. Its not comfortable at all doesn’t have enough cushioning also it has elastic at the end which do not stay intact.On the heel side its too loose and to the front of shoes its too tight as foot keeps slipping at the front as not having proper grip at the back. Do not buy waste of money. Repeating again they aren’t comfortable at all.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Considering it is very popular amongst celebrities I cannot understand why they have the worst customer service in the world. It almost makes them look like they're a scam. I ordered in March this year. In May I had still not heard from them and not received my parcel. I contacted them to find out that it was saying it was still in transit. I asked for a refund which they tried VERY hard not to give! I persisted and they finally granted me one. I however am STILLL waiting for the refund despite many emails requesting an update!! It was over £100 spent and wasted on a scam company. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY. THEY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN NOT SEND THE ITEMS. THEN PRETEND TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. It is now August and I am emailing every week (they take about a week to respond to emails). As I said before.. SCAM!

Less than one star. Placed an order a few weeks ago and tried to contact the company due to an issue. I have sent three emails with no response. Happy to take your money but the service is awful. My package is still yet to be delivered and I have no way of tracking where it is. Will not buy from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered some trousers which didn't fit correctly. Had the worst experience trying to get my money refunded. Received an email informing me that my returned item had been delivered and I had been issued a refund. Never had any money come back into my account. Chased several times (very slow responses from customer service team). They insisted I had been refunded despite showing evidence that no money had been received. Had to resolve via Paypal dispute.

Irony for an Online store, that emphasize "100% human" - delivery speed - very bad - talk to anyone (or email anyone)- not possible - any info on management there - no info at all given noone to contact .. how is this '100% human' again?

Pessime taglie, sconsiglio. Un brand “green”, che fa fare ai suoi articoli migliaia e migliaia di km per nulla. Puro green washing, la trasparenza che c’è sul sito è solo di facciata. Sono assolutamente contrariato dall’acquisto.

I placed an order from Everlane about 6 weeks ago and never received the package even though it say it was delivered. I have been reaching out through their customer service emails on the issue but I have been getting simply auto reply, saying that they have limited workers and wait time can be long. Then I see that they are opening up shops again....I am baffled that they are putting priorities in wrong places. I am a long time customers and always loved their products and services. This horrible experience simply puts me into completely opposite side of the field.

I bought a pair of underwear but they didn't last more than 3 washes! There was a tear on the 3rd wash. I had previously contacted their customer service twice about different matter but never heard back from them so didnt bother contacting them about this. Never buying from them again nor going to recommend it to anyone!
