Have purchased from UK a few times. Was a little concerned by other reviews on here, but my experience has always been great. Good quality product and a reasonable price.

I My first purchase from this website !!!!!!!!Their size guide is incorrect and the model photos cleverly conceal the true cuts of these clothes. I believe they pre-ordered a lot of clothing made in a stupid style (cropped and tight!) and then are duping customers into buying them !!!!!!!!!! When I complained the website and their (helpline) finally they sent me the return label and refund on my order !!!!!!!customer service was very helpful and very quick to respond. Surprised to see the negative reviews, I was very happy with my two items, liked the quality and the cut and thought the prices were keen too. Delivery time not that quick but they kept me updated on email.

Got memory gel pads for armrest through a promotion. They are good and serve the purpose. One feedback, it slips even when you tighten it as much as possible. Little design tweak to fix that would be a change much welcomed. Thanks and good luck :)

Quite honestly as a Canadian, I had to show respect where it is due here. This company exceeded my expectations with their efficiency in refunding a return I had, shipping times to and from overall, and excellent communication from customer service. I don’t doubt previous bad experiences from reviewers but I have to say, they’ve clearly made a lot of effort to make things better. I was skeptical and a bit nervous ordering online tbh, prices are still quite high for the quality of wool sweaters and jeans that arrived, but how they’ve handled everything from start to finish with no hidden fees was seamless, it only made me want to shop there again. *Please keep whatever you’ve changed UP everlane!*

Ordered around December and the package arrived on January. Took a few weeks but it’s reasonable because of the pandemic. The quality is great, I ordered some bootcut jeans (ankle). I’ve always had trouble finding the right fit because I’m only 5 ft 3 in and the length can be too long for my short legs- it’s very helpful that they have the ankle version for us petites! Giving only 4 stars because it’s a little overpriced!

I really like Everlane although it feels lately the quality is not as good as it used to be. Also, it feels every time less personal. A really weird thing was that I placed an order and I received it twice, something I didn't appreciate as one of the main reasons I buy from Everlane and similar brands is their sustainability.

I am not sure why this company are getting bad reviews. I have now placed three orders with them and so far really good. However I have had to just return three items so lets see how that goes and if its not good I'll add another review. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that you have to pay to return and it was £6 but then it is going all the way back to America so its not so bad.
