I bought some trainers from Everlane. I was on the UK site but the sizing was in us so the trainers were too small. I contacted them and asked for an exchange and they said no problem and sent me a link. When the link didn't work they said as this was a sale item they would no longer exchange, completely contradicting their earlier mail. Under UK law all customers are entitled to an exchange or refund but I am now stuck with a pair of size 8 trainers and size 9 feet. I am very dissapointed at their customer service and had hoped to buy more goods from them but will not. Good production ethics does not give you the right to rip off your customers.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my order. Shipped 10 days after the already delayed shipping date. Customer service eventually responded and all they do is apologise. Who knows when it will arrive in Australia as currently languishing in the USA. Who knows what the product will be like but really don't care anymore. First and last time I will buy off Everlane. Update 7 Sept 20 - Ordered 24 July and still waiting. Tracking says still in USA. Pathetic company.

Terrible I ordered items well over a month ago and was supposed to ship on the 4th August, it shipped 10days later and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. There item only shipped after chasing up their Customer service. If I had know it would take this long I would never have ordered from them. I won’t be ordering fr the again.

Made a return weeks ago, didn't receive any response until I emailed them twice and waited another week for them issue store credit. The first email they didn't even respond to. Don't recommend ordering unless you're sure about sizing and won't need to deal with customer service.

AWFUL!!! I am based in the UK and purchased with everlane 8 weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order and after a week of back and forth with their (non-existent) customer service they finally agreed to send me out a replacement order as mine was obviously not going to arrive. The issue is that they charged me AGAIN!!! So now I am out of pocket more than the original order and I don't have any product. Outrageous that they aren't helping me quicker. I want my money back asap and I will never shop with them again and will warn everyone against them.

I would give it zero stars if I could. While the quality of clothes is very good, customer service of this overpriced company is non-existent: no phone number on file, associates are very unhelpful - they will apologize a thousand times and do exactly NOTHING to assist you. Do not buy from this store unless you are 100% certain you will not need to return or exchange your item.

Everlane only shipped part of my order. I ordered two tank tops (same style in different colors). One arrived in two weeks. The other never came, and it's been a month and a half. I have emailed them several times with no response. I would like a refund but I'm surprised to find, I can't even obtain a reply. I consider this to be very bad customer service and will continue to seek a refund but I'm not optimistic. If Everland reads these posts, my Order number is r146343378.

I would seriously warn anyone against ordering with Everlane. I ordered a pair of sandals (£70) which took weeks to arrive. When they did finally arrive they were too small so I need to return them. Cost £6 to return via CollectPlus. Some 8 weeks later I haven't received a notification from Everlane to confirm receipt of my return and refund. I have tried contacting them via their contact form on the website on 2 occasions and have only got a standard reply. I have also tried contacting them via Social Media and again nothing. Their customer service is non existent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
