Ordered face mask on July 29th. Took 4 weeks to receive it. It was not what I expected and tried to return it. CS said I can't because it is Final Sale. No where while ordering, on my confirmation or on my account page does it say Final Sale. There is no way to talk to anyone and the only way to communicate is through very slow email.

Products not received. No response from customer service. Looks like I'm not the only one, I should have checked reviews before ordering. Don't waste your money.

Everlane customer service is horrible! I asked to cancel my order after never receiving my product and they said I could not. Never order from here. Do not waste money on this site. It’s a scam!

I had heard such good things about Everlane..but just like a lot of the respondents, my package due for delivery by Yodel on August 26th went missing...Hopefully, Everlane's customer service isn't as bad as everyone says it is..It has been two days without anything other than an automatic response...

Ordered face masks August 8 still not here September 5, tracking says not even left the US yet.

Do not waste your money with Everlane. Their refund process is a scam. Your money just sits in your account as store credits, forcing your to buy their products. Each refund took a few more weeks even though they ‘claim’ to refund you after 3-5 business days once store credits are issued. This type of behavior is stealing in my book, Customer services are non-existent. No phone number, no response via email either. Some of their shirts were cheaply made in China and costs more than $100, false advertisement. Things have gone downhill since COVID. Stay away from Everlane. Have been waiting to return two items for over four months now. No one has responded to my emails. I will not be ordering from Everlane again. If you are considering buying from Everlane I recommend you make sure you have gotten the write size and don't mind re-selling your item on another website if it is not suitable.

Terrible customer service! CS Rep Brittany was condescending and dismissive. After weeks on backorder my item was getting ready to ship. I contacted them with a shipping question and the customer service rep cancelled my order and said the website shouldn't have let me order it. Even though the exact same item was getting pushed on emails and the website and had just gone out of stock the same day. She didn't acknowledge I had ordered weeks ago. She made a mistake and now the item is no longer available. And when I tried to get her to correct the mistake she quit responding. And got very condescending. I am still trying to get someone to reply to get my order reinstated.
