So bad .. 0 service it looks like. I had two orders with them. One went fine, the other was a disaster. I bought two organic t-shirts (white and black). I received the white and the black got cancelled from their side. They have yet to give me my money back, emailing with customer service, they are giving me some generic emails about how they will process my refund after they receive my merchandise. OMG. Also the white shirt I got sucks. Stains do NOT COME OFF.

Everlane has almost no customer service anymore. I received a damaged item, contacted the company multiple times through email as this is the only avenue available (no phone number is listed on the website any longer). I've received no response.

I tried to order recently from Everlane and got scammed. Had a small deduction from my account and could never receive the order confirmation. Fortunately my credit card refunded me the amount. I don't feel safe to place any orders on Everlane.com.

I have purchased from Everlane for a couple years and never had great customer service but I kept going back. In July I ordered and never received a fairly large order. They would not respond to me for over a month regarding a refund. It took a phone call from my credit card company to them to get my money back. I’m actually surprised they haven’t been shut down. Everlane is too good to be true.

I ordered face masks over two months ago when it became compulsory to wear them due to covid 19. I still have not received them and had to buy some elsewhere. I doubt they will ever be delivered or if they are, I will no longer need them.

I ordered a pair of size 26 shorts and received size 25. I got 15% off because it was my first purchase and I signed up for their email list or something. They didn't fit, so I decided to exchange them. They way they have it is to do an exchange you need to get store credit and re-purchase the item, so I did that and then realized that they were going to make me pay for shipping on the exchanged item, AND not give me my initial discount. So I ended up paying 10 more dollars on some already overpriced shorts because THEY screwed up. If I had known, I would have just gotten a refund and not done the exchange, but I opted in to the store credit before I had realized they were going to make me pay for shipping again. Truly awful experience. Don't buy anything from Everlane.

Bought the 5-pack of multicolored face masks. Definitely are two layers with no filter between the layers - as they say. Elastic ear loops have very little stretch and are not adjustable. The masks are sized for small heads or for children and fit badly on an adult of average size in the US. Not worth buying.

Bought several mouth masks at Everlane. By far the most expensive ones....bu far the worst! Do not fit for all, low quality fabric, seize And shape does not fit your Mouth and nose well. No returns, stay dar away from this company
