Bought the oversized blazer with stripes, it arrived 20 minutes ago. I cannot seem to leave a review on their actual product, which has mainly 4 and 5 stars (I saw that they will send you a link after one month of making the purchase, so you have time to use the product and get an actual feel of it... or their products are so low quality that they are trying to avoid reviews to be left) . Now, those people leaving the reviews are either "fashion gurus" or, and am sorry to say, have no understanding of what good quality means. Firstly, my parcel arrived poorly packaged, the blazer was just placed in a box, no actual packaging inside. Normally this wouldn't pose a problem, but for the price I paid for it, £100 +, I would expect it arrives in somewhat pristine condition. It obviously did not, it was full of fluff, HAIRS FROM SOMEBODY ELSE, cardboard pieces and creased. This is received during a pandemic, but let's just omit this little detail... Also, they are hipped for their transparency, right? Giving us the price breakdown on their website. Well, the quality is a joke, I have blazers from zara which feel the same, and have similar garments. The photo is different from the product also, it looks darker and more "heavy" in the photo. I still like the actual blazer, but I think the price is waaaay to much(I got mine on sale though) and the packaging/ dirty product is a massive no no for me. I will never bother with this company again, and am now debating whether to send the product back. The only problem is I am in the UK and don't want the hassle... Would have left 2 or 3 stars, but am too disappointed with how the blazer was just "thrown" in the box and sent to me.

I ordered two items from Everlane: a t-shirt and a sweater. Both were supposedly cut to sit on the hip and on photos of models who were taller than me, they did. This turned out not to be true with the t-shirt actually sitting just below my belly button. The fabric on both seemed quite cheap and not the quality they purport to be. It also took quite a while for Everlane to ship the order out, and I had to search through my account with them to get a tracking number. The returns process was easy and I was refunded quickly. However, I was not refunded for the taxes on the items. This is not stated anywhere on their website so beware when buying from them.

I have purchased multiple items from Everlane over the years. I purchased a sweater in November 2020. I wore it one time before noticing that there were 4 small holes in the back. I asked to exchange the defective sweater for a new one. They refused saying I was outside the 30 day window. Their sweater had a manufacturers defect and they wouldn’t exchange it. Buyers beware.

I never received my order from Everlane - not their fault, but their customer service sorting out the issue was a huge problem. Nobody responds to the emailed contact form on the website. I got through immediately on FB messenger (why do I have to go through FB?) and the rep told me to wait three days to REALLY make sure the package showed up. This is after I had already waited three days to contact customer service because their website advised it, just in case a package was marked delivered prematurely. So now it’s almost two weeks since the package was marked delivered, and Everlane is silent on FB, email, and IG. I will never order again since there is no way to get in touch. How can you offer online orders without any reliable contact?

Slow shipping. Wrong tracking details on their site compared to the shipping carrier. Shipping carrier confirmed that the package isn't even on it's way to the local carrier for final delivery yet but Everlane claims it'll be here today. Non-existent customer service. Never again.

Ordered a pair of trainers. When I realised that they were going to be US Size 8 and not UK Size 8 I tried to cancel. They refused and expedited the shipment. I now have a pair that are too small and will cost £6 to send back,

Don't use!! customer service is nonexistent and the website a mess. Yesterday I spent literally hours trying to use their malfunctioning return/exchange but every time it was stuck in a loop that kept asking me the reason for return and never gave me the option to actually request action. I tried every avenue of contact (found only by combing their site). Tnere is literally NO phone service, and I could get no response from any of their non-phone methods. Then this morning I started again hoping they'd fixed the website, and couldn't proceed because, according to Everlane, my item was "in transit" and my account given a credit that would be effective in mid-January - even though I had no shipping label, and hadn't wanted the credit handled that way. Never doing business with them again.

would give fewer stars if possible. don't do business with this company horrible customer service
