First and last time ever purchasing from this company! Would not extend first time promo to second purchase literally made within 20 minutes after first. Customer service condescendingly told me to go pound sand! For a company that hypes transparency and fairness, they fall way short in action.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE IN THE UK!! I ordered two items on December 2nd. I received an email saying they would be dispatched in 1 - 2 days. I was still waiting 3 weeks later. When the package finally turned up only one item was there. I returned the order and I am still waiting for the refund 2 months later. AVOID!

I am very disappointed. I purchased 4 items on November 24th and I received nothing. 2 of the items where shipped rapidly but DHL delivered the package to the wrong address. Everlane response was to ask me to wait 10 days to see if the package magically appeared. When i got proof that it was a mistake on their part they resend the package but nothing so far. 2 of the other items of my order havent ship yet and I did a second order which I ended up canceling because of the delays and the lame email apologies. IF YOU DONT HAVE INVENTORY STOP SELLING. I was counting on those clothes for holiday season sadly

Ordered mask set 20 november. didn't arrive. Impossible to contact anyone at DHL courier or Everlane. would definitely not use again.

I ordered a parcel from the U.K believing that it would be shipped from the UK or at least the EU at no point does the site make it clear the order is coming from the US. They promise a 4 to 10 day delivery time I sit here over 2 weeks since the order and still no package, the parcel tracking rarely updates and customer services just keep on asking me to keep waiting. Disgraceful service.

Appalling customer service. I placed an order 11 days ago and it still has not shipped, despite specifically saying the items would ship in 2-3 days. There is no way to get in touch with someone. They do not publish a customer service phone number. The email "Help" form forces you to answer questions with limited choices that don't apply to the problem. I already submitted one email that I never received a response to. Have sent a second. Look out if you ordered anything for the holidays, you are unlikely to see it. Is this company even legitimate??

I will never order from Everlane again. I have heard rave reviews from people in years past about the quality of their product. I finally took the plunge and ordered some things. I ordered three pairs of pants and have since returned all of them. I have over thirty messages in my inbox from Everlane regarding these transactions — including five inquiries by me regarding said orders and subsequent returns. In total, there have been over 30 messages to communicate a simple transaction within seven weeks — including multiple messages to them stating they refunded me the incorrect amount. My original order took one month to arrive. And after realizing the sizing was off, by comparing different sizes, I decided to return everything. But I soon learned that there is NO WAY to contact Everlane. You cannot call them. You cannot email them. You can only submit an inquiry on their website via their automated portal. After messaging them multiple times, they finally got my refund processed correctly. But after wasting time trying to contact them and asking them many times to refund me the correct amount, I have discarded all interest in this company. I am limiting my support to retailers who offer direct customer support via telephone — companies such as Eileen Fisher and Garnet Hill. These companies provide the option of talking to a human. While Everlane does not.

I ordered two tshirts a month ago. Not received. Tracking seems slow to update. My order was sitting at transit points for a long time. Now it’s apparently in Sydney, in a warehouse, and has been for a week. Everlane do not respond to emails.
