download speed is ok but never gets close to stated "up-to" Mb per second transfer. Upload speed is bad. I'm guessing that Everfast depends on people like me that focused on the Gig download speed and never asked about the upload speed.

The installation was less than professional. The modem and mesh box was placed on top of old coaxle contacts and was not secure in the ceiling. I had to reinstall the boxes and clean up the wiring layout. Take pride in their work

Installed the next day we called. Would have given them a 5, but had to call to remind them to bury the cable after 3 weeks.

The tech was knowledgeable and had no problem connecting my service. He also gave me some good useful information about my system. This has been the best installation experience in 30 years. The service has been very good with zero interruptions. Love it.

Installer called asked if we'd like the install time moved up, I said great and 30 minutes later we were connected to the Internet. The installer was personable and knew what he was doing

The installation was quick. The transfer of wifi service quickly done and easy to install on my home devices. A good experience.

Our service has been reliable so far 10-16-23. My Wife works from home so we need good service.
