SoftDoesReviews of softdoes.com

We needed a simple website with our menu, opening hours, prices, and table booking. SoftDoes built exactly that and made it easy for our staff to update the menu ourselves. Since launching, we’ve had noticeably fewer calls about menu availability and table bookings.

There were two big problems with our old site. Search barely worked, so people had a hard time finding what they actually wanted, and listings would go stale the moment anything changed on our end offline, since updating them meant going into the website separately from our own records. SoftDoes rebuilt the whole thing with better filters, individual pages for each property, map based search, inquiry forms, and a management area our agents actually use. The bigger change was underneath, they connected the site directly to our internal property database, so now when an agent updates a listing internally it updates on the site too, instead of us having to enter the same information in two or three places. The first time we moved our data over it wasn't clean, there were duplicate listings and a bunch of incomplete records from years of updates, and the SoftDoes team actually went through and helped us catch those before anything went live. It took longer than we expected, but it meant we launched with a database that actually made sense. Clients find the new site much easier to search, and our agents spend a lot less time on admin work now.

Our old hotel website was outdated, and we were relying too much on third-party booking platforms and paying high commissions. SoftDoes built us a modern site with room pages, pricing, photos, hotel information, and a booking system that updates availability automatically. We liked being able to review the website throughout the process and request changes before launch. Since going live, we've seen more direct bookings and fewer calls about basic questions like parking, breakfast, and check-in. Overall, it has made things much easier for both our guests and staff.

As our studio grew, managing everything through spreadsheets and messages became increasingly difficult. SoftDoes developed a platform that lets clients book classes, manage memberships, and track their remaining sessions, while our team handles instructors and schedules in one place. We tested it with a few regular clients, and the team quickly resolved the issues we found. It's made daily operations much smoother and freed up a lot of time for our reception staff.

We already had an MVP in place when SoftDoes joined the project, but it still needed a lot of work before we could confidently present it publicly. SoftDoes helped polish the overall user experience and rebuilt several of the key product areas. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and their team worked quickly without us ever having to chase them for updates.

Our previous website was hard to manage, and clients regularly called us to check prices or see what appointment slots were available. SoftDoes redesigned the site and added dedicated service pages, veterinarian profiles, an online appointment form, and a straightforward admin panel for our team. Everything went quite smoothly, although gathering and preparing the content took us a little more time than we initially expected. The new website is much more user-friendly, particularly on mobile devices, and we’ve noticed more clients submitting appointment requests online rather than calling.

We were looking for a simple calorie-tracking app that wouldn’t take too much time to use every day. SoftDoes built the mobile app and backend with features for meal tracking, calorie goals, activities, water intake, saved meals, and progress history. During development, we tested new versions regularly and made a few changes based on how people actually used the app. The team was responsive to our feedback and handled those changes without making the first release unnecessarily complicated. What stood out to us was the attention to small usability details. For example, being able to quickly add the same breakfast again the next day made the app much more convenient for everyday use.

SoftDoes completed a modern and user-friendly e-commerce website for our clothing brand. They understood our aims and set up the store structure for us. Communication was always easy and they were always happy to complete any changes to the project as required. We’re happy with the final result and would recommend SoftDoes to businesses looking for a reliable team to build or improve an online store.
