I ordered Even G2 prescription smart glasses (Order #24479712011, about $1,027). The lenses arrived with the prescription sphere sign flipped -- manufactured farsighted when my prescription is nearsighted -- so I cannot focus through them past about six inches. Completely unusable. Here is the part that turned a simple mistake into a 17-day ordeal: their checkout never actually captured the +/- sign of the prescription -- no required selector, no validation against an impossible entry -- yet they blamed me and refused a refund. Their only "resolution" was to charge me another $209 to remake the lenses they made wrong. I contacted them 13 times and asked for a return label or refund at least nine times between May 21 and June 6. Four different agents replied -- always during China business hours, landing at 1 to 4 AM my time -- each one repeating the same script and hiding behind a "non-returnable" policy that is meant for change-of-mind returns, not products manufactured incorrectly. For context, Even costs more than Meta's Ray-Ban glasses (~$750-950 vs ~$450-600 with prescription), and Meta's current glasses are actually built to handle prescriptions properly. In my experience Even is overpriced, the prescription ordering is defective, and the support is designed to wear you down rather than make things right. I have disputed the charge and filed complaints with the FTC and my state Attorney General. I cannot recommend them.

Currently in conversation with customer support on a refund request for a pristine non-prescription order that is a mere 5 days post 14 day hard submission line. For a $700 piece of technology, we expected much more from this purchase. They are complicated to navigate, slow, and unfortunately entirely too expensive for their value proposition. I would wait a few generations to see how this category expands and which competitors enter the field. As of now, we're awaiting "Lily" to escalate this situation to a supervisor, as their return policy is - frankly - embarrassing. You have more favourable terms with Best Buy. It's almost as if they know the novelty wears off all to quickly, and try to foist their unwanted product on you. If a more favourable response is passed down from support, we'll update the scoring and review - but for now, if you're considering them - don't. Edit: Oh look, another vague complete dismissal via 'fairness' - what does that even mean. You want to be fair to your customers? Don't screw them - simple.

Consumer support for this product was awful. They refuse to ship to military addresses and will attempt to charge you additional fee's even though military addresses are listed on their own website drop down. For an "advanced technology" company they can't even ensure continuity with their own website.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a product that was marked as delivered, yet I never received it. The “proof of delivery” provided had no delivery photo, no verified address, and a signature that was not mine. I even provided evidence showing that at the exact delivery time I was at a medical appointment, making it impossible for me to have signed for the package. Despite providing all of this information and cooperating fully, the process has dragged on for days with no real resolution. Communication has mostly been apologies and requests to “wait for the investigation,” instead of taking meaningful action to help the customer. What frustrates me most is that a replacement could have been sent while the investigation continued, especially considering the lack of proper delivery proof. I understand shipping issues can happen, but customer support and resolution are what truly matter. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling ignored, stressed, and unsupported as a customer.

Ordered a pair of G2 prescription glasses from Even Realities along with R1 ring and clip on shades. The experience of Even Realities has been exceptionally dissapoiinting. The order took 8 weeks to deliver (2 months) When I finally took delivery of the product I discovered a fault in the left arm of the glasses which was essentially “wobbly” I raised a ticket with Even Realities less than 48hrs after delivery. I explained the situation and that no adjustments had been made by myself. Their response was to assume that clearly an adjustment had been made. I reiterated that this was how they came out of the box. Their response was to suggest my options; I could pay an extra $130 for collection and posting for them to then assess the glasses. They would then either accept the defect or if they deemed the fault an adjustment by the owner they would then charge a further cost for repair, this costs was undisclosed at this point. I requested a refund and return which was denied, so they essentially sent me a faulty pair of glasses and told me to put myself in a position where it would be my word against theirs. Having spent £1,108.70 GBP I find this absolutely disgusting, the glasses are completely useless as they now don’t fit properly. So in summary I have wasted £1,108.70 GBP of my money with this company. From top to bottom I am deeply disappointed in their dealings with this situation. I would be very wary of dealing or investing so much money in this product as they won’t rectify a situation where hardware faults are assumed as a fault of the customer. I certainly wouldn’t be able to trust an assessment by them as the fault which has clearly happened in assembly or packing has then looked like the product has been adjusted by the customer. Very poor customer service having only had the glasses for less than 48hrs. Even Realties should be avoided for this reason.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. I spent over £1,100 on Even G1 prescription glasses and accessories. After the frames literally fell apart (exposed metal on the arms, as the housing had come away) just after the warranty, I paid £109 for a "3-week" repair. ​It has been TWO MONTHS and they just told me I have to wait another MONTH. ​The "customer service" is a joke. They have fed me a different lie every week to cover their tracks: ​They told me they were "assembling the battery." (Lie) ​Then they said frames were "out of stock." (Lie) ​Then they promised a ship date and missed it. (Lie) ​Then they blamed the "prescription" (which they've had since Feb). (Lie) ​Today, they claim that a "minor flaw" means they have to start the whole process over again and I won't see my glasses until LATE APRIL. ​I have been wearing a cheap backup pair of glasses for 8 weeks because this "premium" brand is a disorganized shambles. They offer $20 coupons while they hold £1,100 of your money hostage. Their "transparency" is a fraud and their build quality is bottom-tier. UPDATE They got in touch via email as suggested below to offer me a free accessory as a way of compensation. Eventually I got them to refund me the cost of the repair, which they did begrudgingly as what they refer to as a "special favour" However as of today some 20 days after my initial review, I have yet to recieve my glasses and once again have had to contact them to get an update, which once again shows up this companies inability to come good on any of their promises and adds to the catalogue of lies and half truths I have been told since starting this "repair" with them 3 months ago. They now claim the glasses are in their "final stage" of production, and that they will update me with shipping info as soon as they have it. So I ask, what part of the manufacturing process takes nearly 3 additional weeks, when the glasses were supposedly nearing completion and had a minor flaw in them that had prevented delivery almost a month ago? Either Even Realities likes lying to customers or has little to no control over its manufacturing process, either of which is true, makes this company, and it's promises a complete waste of everyone's time... As I said before, avoid these like the plague. A terrible company selling a terrible product with terrible after sales service. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid...
