Terrible customer service-beware
The amount I spent was very small, but their customer service was so poor I felt it necessary to warn people. I ordered a 12 pack of disposable buffing pads, they sent me a package that had been torn open and it contained 11 pads. Our buffing machine has three heads, I want to buy a product with multiples of 3. When I tried to call, the recording said call volume was too high and to try emailing or using chat. I tried to use chat and they emailed back and said they'd refund me for one pad. I emailed back and said I didn't want a refund, I wanted one more pad. The email bounced so I had to go back to chat, where I got no response. This may seem like a trivial matter, but I am very grateful I did not buy anything expensive from them, given that it's impossible to reach them by email or phone and their chat feature is not a real chat where you have a back and forth conversation. If you buy from them and have a problem you may never get resolution. BEWARE!
