I purchased a solenoid valve for my steam cleaner a couple of weeks ago. I paid for expedited shipping as my steam cleaner is in many pieces. They still haven’t shipped. I sent a couple of emails to service and I’ve been ignored. No response, no timing, not sure what’s going on? I sent an email a day ago to mention the one star review here for reasons stated above. Label now created, USPS (not the best method IMO), and they refunded half of my shipping costs. So hope has returned.

Ordered 2 things, and hadn’t received them on time, turns out after contacting support they were still waiting for the part to show up so they could ship my thing.. Support was super helpful and nice to work with, they were prompt and gave me some other options to get my things shipped faster! Overall I am impressed

Right part, worked as expected

The bags work well and are easy to install.

Good company but over priced , the attachment wand was almost 70,00 and quote for vacuum power head was 40 percent higher than that and I could purchase on line elsewhere both items for 269.00, oh well live and learn to compare prices.

Unfortunately, the Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Canister Vacuum model did not work on my carpets. I was disappointed!! Before ordering, I did call and asked few questions, including if that model had a roller brush - no roller brush, I was told and that encouraged me to order it. But... the sticky strip on the bottom of the attachment head made it impossible to glide over my rugs. Amazing suction - I was very impressed! Customer service was good, but returning was on my own and it was expensive! I'm not sure I'll consider another model.

This is my second Sebo central vac. I love the edge cleaner head. It is a well built vacuum. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I got it from evacuumstore.com and the wands for the floor attachment do not fit the handle. I have to use my wands from my first vacuum. It is a pain since my goal was to have an upstairs and a downstairs set…and I only got half a set.

No problem finding what I needed. Price was ok with the 10% discount code I found on Google, along with the free shipping.
