I still haven’t received the vacuum hose so it’s hard to give an honest review. It was very easy to order, BUT no easy way to find out delivery dates without getting a separate App. Other companies are much more upfront about delivery expectations.

They didn't have all the parts for my order so they left me in limbo. They never contacted me or anything. I had to contact them to resolve the situation. They need some better software or something

I left something off an order, immediately realized my mistake and called to try to correct it after submitting. Sat on hold for a long time then was told to leave a message. I did, explaining the situation with all relevant info and asking that the order be held until I spoke with them. They sent it this morning anyway and when I did manage to speak with someone (Josh) after another long hold, he made absolutely no effort to fix the situation, and I’m not going to pay shipping for an $8 part. This will be the last time I shop with them.

Unfortunately I have to add to the poor reviews. I believe its a product problem but for some reason evacuumstore won't work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. My advice, go with a local dealer not online. I've had to pay for shipping for repairs that did not fix the problem. Now I'm stuck with an expensive vacuum that doesn't work.

I ordered a $350 power head from them. It took a long time to get here. So now about 5 months later the light went out. Contacted customer service and they informed me that they only warranty this $350 power head for 60 days.. 60 days? I guess they must know about its lack of quality. As to the light, the one on the original power head lasted 17 years.. I have ordered from these people before but I doubt I will again.

Something was wrong with the part. I just took some tape and tape it. I needed so I just tape it.

I ORDERED A DYSON PRODUCT, ENTERED SERIAL #, TOLD ME THIS WAS ONE TO BUY, WAS INCORRECT WHEN RECEIVED, NEEDED ONE WITH 2 SCREWS, CALLED IN TO EXCHANGE BUT PERSON WASBUSY WITH KIDS SHW SAIS I WILL GIVE YOU RMA AND IF UNEED MORE INFO CALL TOMORROW. NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP. RETURNED AND I PAID FREIGHT, WAS GOING TO COST MORE IF SHE PRINTED LABEL. I DECIDED THIS COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO HELP ME THEY ARE JUST WORRIED ABOUT THE MONEY. OTHERWISE THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN BACK WITH ME ON PROBLEM. NOT HERE IS RMA. BUT I ORDERED CORRECT PART FROM SOME ELSE. THANK YOU.

I ordered the wrong filter. My machine's filter LOOKED like the one in your picture, but you provided no dimension info to help steer me right. So - I got this HUGE filter... Your guy Sean has been in contact.
