Aftermarket indicated to be actual brand
While the vacuum bags were reasonably priced and shipped very quickly, it would be nice if the after-market bags were not labeled "Electrolux"

I called in about vacuum not picking up. I was iwothin my 30 days. They told me to call manufacturer. I did and they fixed issue. Then vacuum didn’t work as well again. I called and wanted to replace it. Now I was past 30 days. They were so rude to me. They said sorry you are past 30 days not our problem. Nothing we can do about it. Talk to manufacturer and basically hung up on me. This is second vacuum I have bought from them so I expected better customer care. At least some problem solving. I won’t be ordering from them again. Don’t expect any help. Order from Sebo directly not through this place. I hope this review stops you from ordering from them too.

One of the worst experiences. I spent a lot for a vacuum (the actual manufacturer was misrepresented) and it arrived with no manual, no instructions - nothing. It took at least five emails to finally get something.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had seen the reviews for this place before I did business with them. I ordered an accessory for my vacuum. The website indicated it would fit with the vacuum I have. When it arrived it did not fit. I called the evacuum store and was told repeatedly that it would fit. I am not stupid. I know how to try every possible configuration. The person at the evacuum store thought maybe the manufacturer might make an adapter so I called Miele and they had something they thought would work but it was out of stock. When it arrived, it also did not work so I returned the item to the evacuum store and was told over the phone I could only get store credit as it was past the return for full refund date. I wasn't happy but thought at least I would get store credit and could buy vacuum bags with it. One month later I get a notice from PayPal that I am getting a refund from the vacuum store--not a store credit as indicated by them, but a refund of $62 on a purchase of $149. These people are RIPOFF ARTISTS. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I am no different than the many many reviews that I have read so far about how bad this company is! My story involves a customer service rep by the name of Josh who would not provide me with any more information than that. That he is in charge that there is no one other than Josh there and would not resolve my issue. I ordered bags for my Electrolux vacuum, which I have ordered before but this time the wrong ones were sent. He gave me the information to send them back and asked me to place a new order for new bags instead of replacing what I needed. They should be comped to me without charge, because I’ve already paid for bags. It seems like a very simple request but apparently for E-vacuum company where Mr. Josh is in charge and is Mr. E vacuum this is too tall of an order! I looked into the ownership of their company a co-owner by the name of Matt Diperri, with no other information except the customer service phone number and email, and no corporate information listed. Clearly they aren’t very interested in the complaints of their customers and only about collecting dollars! However they won’t be collecting my dollars anymore......... what a Shister operation Mr. Diperri runs! And it’s very sad too because I wasn’t asking for much.

Selling fake Kirby belts. Pictured labeled with Kirby to look authentic but really the first tell you they are real, they the back pedal and tell you how generic is 20% cheaper. It’s a $2.00 difference per belt when you go to an authorized dealer and the dealer belts are authentic. GO TO YOUR DEALER DO NOT ORDER FROM EVACUUM

Horrible service! Placed an order over a week ago and inquired about the order. Paid extra for faster shipping. It took a day to receive the reply that they were waiting for the "routine" parts to ship from eureka. No ETA.

Although I sent both addresses with my order for vacumn bags, they shipped to a combination of both the mailing address.(used if sent USPO) and the street address (used if sent UPS or FedEx) and refused to reship correctly without my posting and paying for another order including shipping charges.
