Chair was as advertised and on time. I did have a problem with the back tilt not holding, but after a quick call to service and a suggestion for a very minor adjustment, all is perfect. How a business handles problems can make or break a client's experience. Angie jumped right on my problem and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Well done.

My experience has been stellar. I ordered a standing desk from Eureka back in 2022, no issues or problems until my cat decided to chew one of the wires. It wasn't a super important wire, it was specifically for the LED's on the desk itself, but still I would rather have working LED lights than not. After reaching out to customer support all they needed was confirmation from the user manual on exactly which wire (as they are not named or labeled), pay a small fee for shipping, and next thing you know I have a brand new wire. Painless, easy, and quick on top of it all. The only delay was me not seeing their replies on time, if I had seen the emails sooner I probably would have gotten the part a lot sooner because as soon as I submitted the payment I got the part the next day.

I had a question about a potential purchase and was answered in a timely manner and was answered with info from the product install guide verifying the answer given. Awesome

When I first got this chair, I was a little doubtful if it would be as comfy as the mesh backed, high tech-looking chairs out there for similar price, but once I put my butt in my seat, I was surprised at how comfortable it was! I have been dealing with lower back issues (dessicated disc), and the lumbar support fit my back very snugly (and the upper back support is just fine [despite the chair saying it's for people 4'11"-5'9" {I'm 5'11"}] and the seat is super comfy). I had a good experience with customer service as well (shout-out Erika) when I found the seat cushion got slightly crushed by normal use in the first week. They promptly sent me a brand new seat cushion replacement within a week. Be aware: -the seat height adjustment is rather small, from 17.5" -20" (measured from floor to where you butt will sit). Their website says it's 18.7"-21.06". At its max height, my arms are a little lower than I'd like for my computer keyboard at work, but I don't notice it much. -The arm rests are approx 8" up from the top of the seat cushion and not adjustable up and down (they are left and right). This height works fine though for my arm placement.

What a great experience. Top quality materials and construction. Exceptional level of comfort. Totally pleased with the product. When the cylinder on the chair began to wear out the costomer service department was quick to provide me with a replacement at no charge. Very informative, attentive and friendly. Would recomend to my own family.

I had a problem with my ergo desk - two different parts sent - one from one model and another from a different model. The desk went together just fine but some pieces, like the mouse pad, had holes in it for the former model's accessories. The company made listened and made it right immediately. Love my new desk so much!
