We have 4 of their standing desks and have used them for our office for 1-2 years now. They are a great product. We had a small issue with one of them this week, where it was unlevel. i reached out and Marianne was very responsive on their support email, inquired about the concern, referred the query to the tech team and they provided the fix. It took two minutes to rectify based on their recommendation and all is well again. The service and product are both excellent and i would highly recommend them.

We ordered two ergonomic desks from Eureka Ergonomic but one was damaged during transit. I reached out to see about replacing the desktop but we ended up replacing entire desk. I was worried about how the return would go, but I've never seen a quicker response or clearer instructions. I am so impressed by the customer service! Customer service from Eureka is outstanding. They went far beyond my expectations to ensure I am happy with my purchase. Not to mention that the chair I purchased is solidly built, beautiful, and so comfortable. Very rare to have an exp experience this great.

I love my chair! It is so comfortable and sturdy. I am a therapist and sit all day so I needed something with good support. I also experienced excellent customer service when I encountered an issue.

Not just a desk. It’s a statement piece. It is absolutely stunning. Assembly was a bit scary, but went fine. Customer Service was outstanding. I had 2 issues. It went on sale between ordering and delivery. They refunded the difference. The phone charger was messed up, but they sent another immediately. They responded to every inquiry within hours. The quality is remarkable. I’ll be ordering the companion pieces soon.
