I wanted to buy the full size mouse pad for the Aero Pro desk and the customer service team made it very easy.

Great product and buying experience. I really enjoy my new table. I had some questions, but they helped me with them in a prompt manner.

The desk is well made and looks great, but my review is for my experience with customer service. I reached out to customer service after setting up our Ark Pro desk, and noticing that the right L piece was not flush with the rest of the desk. Erika responded to my email and was my point on contact throughout. She was very helpful and patient with us as we tried suggestions from the tech team to no avail. Erika and I spoke on the phone, and it was apparent that the company stood behind their product and wanted to make it right for us. They hired a technician to come over and be a new set of eyes and see what could be preventing the desk from aligning as it should. Tony was able to get the desk to align almost perfectly. We were ok with the slight gap (barely noticeable unless you are looking for it). My husband loves the desk and Eureka has a customer for life based on the excellent communication and care we received from Erika and everyone involved!

I am proud to own my Eureka GTG-L60. While the LED lighting and App Control looks great and works well, the real reason in the outstanding Customer Service I have receive from Eureka. I had an issue with my desk that was no fault of Eureka's, however, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the help and parts I needed to resolve my issues. I love it! Thank you!

Prompt and effective service

Erika was "spot on" with her dealings with me....she sized up my situation quickly and was in communication with me throughout. The follow through and the delivery of my "solution" was done in very professional and efficient manner......My items arrived WAY sooner than I had anticipated....Excellent Job
