A fuir !

Please fix your customer support
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I suppose to get a local TOEFL test in Amsterdam. I went to Amsterdam, waited for 1.5 hours and nobody shows up. You can't call ETS nor find any mail about this matter. 4 students waiting to do a test in order to enter university.
Then we got a make-up test. The next Saturday I sign up for a Home-edition TOEFL IBT. well, guess what. Since I'm using a Chromebook the Logmeinchat.exe couldn't be installed. The system requirements for the program were never mentioned in the mail. I tried calling the support and using the chatbox which replied with automatic messages. Finally, I wasn't able to get any help.
Now I lost $270 and my entry to my university. This company is just greedy for your money and shows no support or sympathy for your situation. Nobody takes responsibility. Amazing.

I signed up for the praxis CORE exams individually instead of as a block, because the listed times for the individual tests were 120 minutes each, while the block was only 300 for all. This breaks down to 2 hours of done individually, 1 hour and 40 minutes if done as a block. I have ADHD and test anxiety, and after taking the Kahn Academy practices (which are given as 125 minute tests) I found that while I could do the reading in 50 minutes, it took me 110 minutes (1hr50min) to do the math. I had been trying to work with my university to help me get accessibility accommodations I am entitled to under the ADA, but since I haven't been to a psychiatrist in over 5 years, they refused to grant me extra time. I've been putting this off for a year now, so I finally said screw it and signed up for the math and reading tests individually, planning to sign up for writing after I had a chance to do the practice through Kahn.
After having to install loads of Spyware from ets for their proctoring, dealing with internet issues, and them wanting me to close all my Chrome tabs (I ended up using Firefox, I run a lot of stuff in chrome, which I closed and restored upon completion). I was finally able to take the test. To my surprise, I get to the screen that tells me my time. And it's only 90 minutes!!! The entire reason I'm willing to shell out an extra $120 to take these as individual tests is so that I would have 2 hours. I tried calling after to work something out, but their primary number says I'm calling outside of business hours (I'm not), and the other one just answers and nothing happens.
I will settle for the writing exam being proctor free of charge, but if they refuse I will be involving the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous.

Can't talk to a person, bad website and services
I did not recieve a paper copy of my toefl test scores as I paid for, even a month after taking the test.
There is no way to talk to them other than through their chatbot, which of course just links to whatever you can already find on the website.

This site is a SCAM
This site is a SCAM. Nothing is ever easy when dealing with this awful company. They advise you to contact someone in customer service when your problems persist.....but good luck with that because you'll end up being on hold for hours on end. I was supposed to take the Praxis test today, but I was never able to connect to a proctor. My laptop passed all of the system requirements, but, for some reason, I could not get past the final step to connect to a proctor. I have no expectations of getting my money back. This is the third time I have had an issue with this site. Universities really need to dig deep and find another avenue for test-taking because this site is nothing but a headache for people.

Absolutely horrible
Chats, emails, calls are all responded by automated messages. Some of the automated messages is even in that poor English, I thought it was in mandarin….
No person ever answers a phone.
I requested day time, I was presented with 12AM…..and of course refused a reschedule or refund.
This is a scam….

Where is there customer service?
Literally, is anyone even employed in their customer service department? I have been trying to schedule my state-certification test in Social Studies Content Knowledge since 7/11. However, when I go to pay for the test I am trying to schedule, the payments won't go through. I have tried multiple debit/credit cards, calling my bank to make sure none of these charges are being held up as "fraudulent," tried paying from multiple devices, tried paying from different IP addresses, tried paying on Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge, and have cleared all my cache/cookies from each browser. To no avail.
Want to use their online chat customer service? Can't, my ticket is cancelled the moment I submit it because "there is no one available" to help me.
Want to send an e-mail? Unfeasible, my ticket is in and I'm supposed to wait 5-7 business days for a response.
Want to call their customer service hotline? I did too, every day, and have been on hold for an hour+. Of course I've hung up because I have other obligations to take care of. As of this moment, I have been on hold for an 1 hour and 20 minutes, even on the day their own robot customer service liaison says is best to call (which is Thursdays).
Absolutely unreal. Don't get me wrong, non-profits serve good functions a lot of the time, but the fact that the entire United States has allowed this abhorrently managed non-profit to organize any and all state certification tests is obviously not working. My best guess is, they pay so terribly that no one wants to work there. Then again, how could everyone be paid so poorly when the numbers of teaching students needing certification tests is still high, and hence, ETS is making their money.
Is this a fever dream?
