If you want serious weight loss with DEEP truth AND A COMEDIAN for a trainer, JOE is the one for you!!! Ceci Sullivan. Several friends and I are getting the weight off and keeping it off with many of them REACHING THEIR GOAL with great ONGOING motivation.

Joe is quite simply the most incredible coach and mentor. I’ve been mentored and coached by Joe myself and I’ve also seen him powerfully coach others. He really cares about the people he is coaching and he has a real ability to unlock human potential by leveraging his deep understanding of human behaviour/NLP as well as asking really thoughtful questions to get to the depth of any issue. Once the issue is found he will then help you to work through and find solutions to move forwards. He really practices what he preaches and is a lot of fun too. I can’t recommend Joe highly enough.

I have worked alongside as well as being mentored by Joe and could not recommend him enough. Joe has an ability to cut through your story and get you to focus on what you need to do to achieve results. Along that journey he is your reliable support network, wanting to see you win, perhaps more than you want it yourself at times. As such he helps to keep you on track and inspired on route to your goals. If in doubt, just have a chat with him to put your mind at ease.

Joe is one of the best coaches I've worked with. He knows his stuff, is very insightful, asks excellent questions, challenges with kindness, and never gives up on his clients. He helped me overcome really hard issues. I feel so much better.

Joe is awesome. Joe has been helping me grow my business and his suggestions are always spot on and helpful. His guidance and mentorship is solid and much much appreciated - more than a review can put into words. Plus, he will make you laugh and he really does care.

I walked into a Coach Joe nutrition seminar thinking I’ll finally learn the secret to losing pounds. I walked out with not only how to lose weight, but also a new appreciation for my purpose. Joe taught me to look deeper. I lost that last 5lbs, but more importantly I’m focusing more on my purpose. Thank you Joe!

Joe's enthusiasm and energy is contagious! When paired with his knowledge, expertise, and insight it's an unbeatable combination! I had a blast connecting and brainstorming with Joe. I took several pages of notes and ended our call with a laundry list of action items. I left our call feeling even more motivated and had an even better plan than before. I can't recommend Joe enough - if you're on the fence about reaching out, do it!

Joe is amazing to work with! Not only does he have a wealth of knowledge in weight loss and body recomposition, he has his own personal experience with putting these concepts and principles into action for himself. Not only can he help you achieve your goals, he is also empathetic to how difficult the process is and will be able to relate and guide you towards achieving your goals! I highly recommend that if you want to make a positive and long lasting sustainable change in your life, Joe is the perfect guy to help!
