We applied for an ETA thru eTourist by mistake instead of through the official UK site. The approval of my ETA was immediate, my husband’s was rejected. The Customer Service Team, especially Lander, appealed the denial and worked to secure the ETA. They were wonderful and I don’t regret the error as it was so helpful to have your company working on our behalf.
