Finally!
Submitting the application was easy. Many bumps in the road trying to send passport and selfie to the email address given. Finally got Janine, a very helpful agent on Chat With Us who approached the "bumps" with me to finally get it done. THANK YOU, Janine

Fast, yet expensive
They got my ETA over to the UK government very fast, but it is almost 4x the price of going through the Government website.
