We used this service for a trip to UK
We used this service for a trip to UK, I was having a problem getting/ printing the paperwork I needed for UK customs. Lander who works for eTourist, helped me tremendously, I was able to get all what I needed for my trip. She was very pleasant an answered all my questions very professional

It was a very easy, straight forward and uncomplicated experience! I expedited my visa and received it within the requested 4 hours. I would definitely use them again.

Customized, Real-Time Support
I got stuck when my credit card payment kept failing to go through. Two agents supported me by phone, taking me step by step past the glitch (who knew all I had to do was refresh the screen!) and on to the completion of the application and receipt of the ETA. I really appreciated their customized, real-time support. Both agents were courteous, professional, competent and very helpful. Great customer service!
