Wonderful Company, fabulous products and great customer service. I would love to receive discount codes for their higher priced items occasionally. Highly recommend!

I really love it! Although it was delivered to the wrong neighbor, he kindly placed it on my doorstep. Now to give it to my boyfriend I really hope he loves it. It smells amazing! I almost wanted to keep it for myself ha.

We are worry for the delivery inconvenience, but very happy that it worked out and that you have a great neighbor!

The flower was not delivered as I requested. I contacted customer service who blamed on UPS. Fair enough. However, I did not receive delivery update from your company until the day after my complain. The tracking link provided to me shows (1) out to delivery and (2) expected delivery YESTERDAY. How can this be? On the tracking page, it does not show when the flower was shipped from your company, hence I know I should blame UPS. When I complained to your customer service, the rep kept telling me why it is UPS fault and the flower was shipped much earlier. Basically she was telling me that it was my fault not to choose next day over night delivery, I should have read the instruction on delivery more carefully etc. She has no sympathy at all ! I was so frustrated by how I was treated. Never order anything again for how you handled customer service!

Hello! We have reviewed your order and your concern. We see that the UPS tracking information is full and accurate and that your order shipped in less than 24 hours. As we are not able to control events that transpire within the UPS shipping services and we do not personally deliver to your location, you may want to reach out to UPS for more detailed information. Review of the call to our company that was placed in regards to this order shows that vulgar and abusive language was used towards our staff and the call was terminated by management. While it is unfortunate that your order did not arrive on time as you had expected, the item was shipped with your chosen service in time to meet the date requested. We do apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by the in transit issues, but due to your abusive and aggressive comments towards our staff, we agree and wish you the best with your purchases from another company in the future. Thank you.

The roses and packaging was perfect but there was no place in the ordering process where it mentioned that the roses would be sprayed with a scent. We are allergic to scents so it was very upsetting to see the beautiful roses and know it was scented. The florist said we had to choose the non-scented option and that was not an option when ordering.

Hello! Thank you for your review and we apologize for the issue with the scent being added to your order. By default, all of our items are scented and we ask that when ordering the request for no scent be placed in the customer notes section. Again, we do apologize for this issue.
