Very bad customer support and slow processing of deposits. All SEPA transaction from my bank are processed and received same day, but after 2 days still no deposit credited. No answer on my support ticket after 2 days UPDATE 23/09/2020: By now the problem is still not solved and I have no idea where my money is. Got some incompetent support response on Friday last week, but since then no further information. I need to consider to activate my lawyer

Application review is slow. It's taken 9 days still not process even support is not responding until I left a review here. Support Brian is really nice and swift, my problem has been solved within 24hr. Although, the downside of Etana is not supporting digital banks like TransferWise, N26, Revolut, etc.. Better to create an Fx account in a traditional bank if you are an EU resident and happen to have US dollars want to fund.

What a waste of time, they have no customer service whatsoever to contact them with any issue and you're ending up waiting ages for a simple confirmation code to your email for the sign up. What a joke of company.. UPDATE: the reply is ''I've requested additional information about your experience.. If you provide them i can look into the issue'' --> the only details I am actually asked to provide were: Ref no (which was none), full name, phone no. I have no clue how they're able to extract information about the experience from those requested details. Needless to say more about they're efficacy and understanding. The screening process takes longer than expected, but if you push a little it will go along if you are a trustful person. I sent a wire transfer less than 2 days ago and my money is ready to be used in Kraken. I will definitely keep using Etana if they keep the process easy.

I didn't get past the sign up process before I became suspicious. WHY TF DO YOU NEED SO MUCH INFORMATION? Seriously? My level of education is required to have an account with you? Political Declaration?? Luckily I smelled scam and came to read these reviews. Whoever is running this as others have mentioned are not accredited and clearly after your data.

they took over a month to verify my identity and made me do it twice they changed their google authenticator without informing me the took over 2 weeks to verify my bank account and now i have sent the money they are not crediting my account and after an exaustive amount of e mails that they dont reply too i still have a zero balance no one is telling me where my funds are and i am missing my bitcoin buy opertunity and to top it all they charge more than banks to use their service

After using Etana option from Kraken for more than a year, they stopped working on July, 2020. 1 month after a withdraw I still don't have my money and they wash their hands saying that it's on the "corresponding bank's" side now.

They are not serious, they ask for unnecessary things, as if they were an intelligence agency, and in the end, it was difficult to log into the account.
