Excellent customer care service
I had a challenge with my 2FA for logging into my account and I received a prompt and very helpful support to address the challenge successfully. I received similar support during account opening when my local bank requested an official correspondence from Etana . My experience with their customer care service so far has been very satisfactory.

Honestly I have only had good…
Honestly I have only had good experiences with the people at Etana. I am not a tech savvy person and so I was quite the headache when I first started out and the people were really patient with me. The rates charged for their service is great too compared to some of the other services I'm tied up with. Thanks Etana Support. Cheers
