Estripe, Inc.Reviews of estripe.com

Timely despatch and delivery though I would like to have a had a delivery time frame. Sensible prices and helpful responses to our query merit full marks. Early days of course but no issues at this point with the set up and operation of the PC.

The computer has ben delivered faulty from day one... it still isn't working. Not only have I had nothing but problems with the computer, I am now on day 4 of trying to get the machine repaired. They seem to expect you to be a computer tech and dismantle the thing yourself!! I am still waiting on a new graphics card as the machine was sent out faulty... there has been delay after delay and quite honestly I am extremely disappointed with the computer and the amount of help... not only am I expected to change the graphics card myself but it has to be out to return as the new one arrives... of which I haven't been given a time scale on its arrival yet!! Extremely disappointed with the entire process.. and I still don't have a working machine!!!

Great PC, built to perfection & works like a dream, however, the failure of delivery and lack of care displayed by DHL and your meagre response via email left a sour taste in my mouth. Definitely room for improvement given the cost of the products you sell. The box even came open, the tape was slashed at the top, luckily your packaging ensure nothing was damaged. Still very poor, I expect better.

I placed an order for two graphics cards (Nvidia RTX 5090) on this website and paid about $4500 in cryptocurrency. After researching reviews, I discovered that this store is very likely a scam. I requested a refund in accordance with their own policy, which states that cancellations are allowed with a 5% fee. However, they responded that I would only receive my money back after the GPUs arrive at their warehouse in the US (estimated between February 17–24). This contradicts their own refund policy, which clearly states that a pre-order can be canceled at any time with a 5% fee. 📌 Warning signs: They sell GPUs that are extremely hard to find at suspiciously low prices. Payment is only accepted in cryptocurrency – a common scam tactic. Refund policy is fake – they refused to issue a refund despite their stated rules. Fake credit card payment option: Their website claims they accept credit card payments, but this is false. I tried two different credit cards – both failed with an error. Many users on forums report the same issue: no one has successfully paid by card. 🔴 I suspect they are collecting credit card details for fraud or selling the data to third parties. There is a large discussion thread on Reddit exposing this scam, which also includes a link to a detailed YouTube video breaking down the fraudulent nature of this website. Since Trustpilot does not allow links, I encourage you to search for the discussion on Reddit to see the full details. I strongly advise extreme caution. There is a high probability this website is a scam.

I bought a PC from estripe and had a lot of problems. I was without a computer for several months until they repaired it and when they sent it back it was still not as it should be. Not to mention customer service, a bunch of idiots who have no idea how to do their job. Bad experience.

Had a bit of a taff with my first order, where it wouldn't allow me an option to pay via card for some reason. After several failed attempts by customer support the order had to be cancelled and a new one generated for some reason. Once this order got underway all went smoothly. Excellent packaging and the computer build was absolutely fine.

My PC was sorted out very quickly, ahead of schedule, and performs phenomenally. I was skeptical about getting a PC as it is an expensive purchase, but as I was due for an upgrade I took the leap. I can say I couldn't be happier with what I got!

About to send my $5,000 PC back for the 3rd time now because they can't diagnose a simple issue, I spent my whole weekend attempting to figure it out I have 0 knowledge at all and I noticed it was a hardware issue and they still claim its "overheating" when I have a full water-cooling system and 9 fans.. One issue yes maybe expected but this has been going on for months and they still haven't done anything to fix it. Can't open any apps or use any tabs..
