PC arrived damaged, no fault of Estripe. Good but contradicting advice from the support team. PC now up and running, very pleased with it.

Had a bit of a taff with my first order, where it wouldn't allow me an option to pay via card for some reason. After several failed attempts by customer support the order had to be cancelled and a new one generated for some reason. Once this order got underway all went smoothly. Excellent packaging and the computer build was absolutely fine.

The PC i have ordered is OK but not great. The way the GPU has been positioned is terrible, they've put it in way that if i want to add more fans on the top side of the case i have relocate the whole GPU and if i move the GPU i have to change the position of the cables. And speaking of cables the way the cables are managed is terrible. So many zip ties its ridiculous, it needs only on 3-4 places and they've put like on 10 and in order to add an additional fan on the front panel you have to trace the cables from the main fan which is mission impossible. Overall is OK, but if i consider building a PC I'll be looking elsewhere.

I would have liked a little more communication on the status of my build as I hadn't heard for a number of weeks. Other than that, very pleased with the build and will use again.

I lobe the PC and the process was informative and smooth. Unfortunately I've been having a few problems with the running of my PC since it arrived so have deducted one star, but the Estripe team have been very helpful in trying to resolve the issue.

Nice products but set up was not the easiest. Problem with screen as graphics card may need re installing. Also as a novice, not great had to speak to them regarding the way the system is set up for adding documents etc. They did jump on and sort for me quickly though

The customer service has been good so far and the PC came with the desired specification. However there seems to be a problem with the graphics card which will hopefully be sorted out soon.
