Used them a number of times, both of my laptops and a screen repair, my sisters PC, and my brothers laptop I've used them for. Only issue was a button broke on my sisters PC, but that's more of a PC issues than a estripe issue. I've recommended them to people, their customer support is always good and the prices are pretty affordable. No issues here

I've bought several of their laptops recently and the laptops themselves are great. Solidly built and run a treat. The issues I've had have been with getting Windows updates. Each laptop has taken 4-6 hours to get windows fully up-to-date. This is a right pain for me. I've also had a couple of issues with having to authenticate /windows. Sort these problems out and it would be five stars from me.

Please do not buy form this company. I just got scammed of $4500. They said they would ship an Bitmain S21 pro after I had made payment. As soon as I made payment the site was down. No shipment no refund and no correspondences form them. THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON. DONT BE FOOLED BY ALL THESE FAKE POSSITIVE REVIEWS.

Only crypto payment was available. After partial payment the amazon hub delivery (and rest payment option on the spot) was "not available". After requesting the refund, they kept me on a line untill the support email was not available anymore

Computer blue screened after 5 hours then switching itself on and off couldn't even access the bios, it has been returned and is awaiting repair. Cost me 5k so i'm not happy.

Really liked: The ordering process. The updates when built and tested. The delivery updates Unhappy with spending so much money on this: When it was faulty on arrival. Having to wait 3 days for replacements parts. having to fix to test and fix the parts myself.
