Really liked: The ordering process. The updates when built and tested. The delivery updates Unhappy with spending so much money on this: When it was faulty on arrival. Having to wait 3 days for replacements parts. having to fix to test and fix the parts myself.

The computer has ben delivered faulty from day one... it still isn't working. Not only have I had nothing but problems with the computer, I am now on day 4 of trying to get the machine repaired. They seem to expect you to be a computer tech and dismantle the thing yourself!! I am still waiting on a new graphics card as the machine was sent out faulty... there has been delay after delay and quite honestly I am extremely disappointed with the computer and the amount of help... not only am I expected to change the graphics card myself but it has to be out to return as the new one arrives... of which I haven't been given a time scale on its arrival yet!! Extremely disappointed with the entire process.. and I still don't have a working machine!!!

Great PC, built to perfection & works like a dream, however, the failure of delivery and lack of care displayed by DHL and your meagre response via email left a sour taste in my mouth. Definitely room for improvement given the cost of the products you sell. The box even came open, the tape was slashed at the top, luckily your packaging ensure nothing was damaged. Still very poor, I expect better.

The customer service after my order was poor which is a shame as the two machines I bought are good. I had an issue with a monitor 6 days in and initially was told that sending it the manafactures was probably quicker than them. At this point I told them to cancel my other order if this was what customer service looked like. They then offered to collect my faulty monitor, inspect and send a replacement. Great, so I sent my monitor back and continued with my other order. I was originally told that my monitor replacement would take "a few days, a week at most". I emailed on Wednesday to say that it had been a week and I hadn't heard anything, was there an update? I was told my monitor was ready for dispatch and probably would be out for delivery that day or the next. Two days later, I emailed again to say that I hadn't received my monitor or any notification of it being dispatched. I was then told it wasn't dispatched, but "due to the nature of the issue" (which they absolutely knew about since there had been extensive communication and lots of pictures!) it had been sent back to the manafacturer. They might hear from them at some point next week and then they'll be in touch with me. So, either the middle agent was either lying, hadn't bothered to actually check or a combination of the above. By a PC by all means, but if it has a problem, it's going to be a battle.

The PC I ordered would not boot up into Windows. Contacted Customer service who advised to check the leads from the SSD card and found that the cable linking it to the motherboard was not plugget in properly. I ordered a digital copy of Office 2021 which I presumed was installed for me but it wasn't. Again I had to contact customer service to sort it out. PC now working fine but disappointed that my issues were not sorted prior to delivery. However customer service was brilliant however.

I purchased a desktop computer and when I received it, it was had a bad gpu. I sent it in to be replaced or repaired. They decide to refund me instead without contacting me first.
