Unfortunately Estée Lauder stopped making my foundation so I ordered a new foundation online having never tried it before and found it too matte. I had an online chat with an advisor who was excellent and ordered the one she chose for me. Four days later and it is arriving today. I also got a refund, paid into my account within days. Cannot fault the service or products and their staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. If only all businesses were run as efficiently as my experience especially in such challenging times. KCH

I’m somewhat surprised by some of the reviews about customer services as my own experience was brilliant! I contacted customer service using live chat to get advice on makeup (I preferred doing that as I’m a crossdresser so it feels a lot more private doing it online rather than in-store). I spoke with a lady called Lisa and she was wonderful! Very understanding about my trans side. She gave me great help and advice on what makeup would suit me best and what would go best with an outfit I was planning to wear (you are able to upload pictures, which is brilliant). Since the advice I have bought a number of items including a fabulous lippy Lisa recommended! Thank you Lisa and thank you Estée Lauder

Great foundation. Lasts 4 days.

I went in to my local Boots store in St Andrews yesterday to buy a Christmas gift for my wife. Sharon Mitchell (no relation!), who is in charge of the Estee Lauder counter, recognised me straight away and gave me a lovely welcome. (My wife loves Estee Lauder products!) Apart from being a very attractive lady, Sharon is very professional, is a good listener and posses a lovely personality and all in all, is a fabulous ambassador for Estee Lauder! She went in to her computer and was able to tell me in an instant the products which my wife loves and those she doesn’t. Being a mere man, this is exceedingly helpful! We duly identified what I was buying and Sharon did a terrific job putting the items in to Christmas gift wrapping. Job done! She made a shopping expedition for me, usually a chore, a perfect delight and I know that is why I keep going back to her for purchases of this nature. Well done, Sharon! Malcolm M. I felt the need to write a review because after having read all of the bad reviews here I was pretty nervous about how my experience would go as a first time customer. The online reps helped me to be sure I matched with the correct color to the best they could through a photo.(it matched perfectly!) I was able to get 15% off my purchase and got some free samples along with the purchase. Shipped in a reasonable time frame from how they process their orders. The only hiccup was that when I got my order my free samples weren't in the box, however customer service was great about it, and got them shipped out to me. Oh and the foundation is amazing, stays on ALL DAY!! I Will definitely continue to order!
