I used one of the Estée Lauder moisturisers as a tester, my mom had brought the actual product and gave me a sampler to see how it felt. In the first few seconds of using it my skin began to burn, feel irritated and just feel horrible. For the whole day my face looked inflamed and red. It’s been 5 days since I used the product and my skin is constantly peeling, feeling itchy still, and red. I tried to use sudocream on some parts of the inflammation but made it worse and it felt like agony, which was two days ago. Ever since then I’ve just used plain water to wash my face, but it feels dry and cracked. It even looks cracked by my lip, under my eyes, and on my cheeks, they look like actual wrinkles and I’m only 16. I called customer services and they did nothing to help at all, when the little they could do is give me advice, as they are part of a dermatologist and makeup organisation at the end of the day. Or at least direct me to someone with the knowledge. Instead what are they doing? Sending me a survey. I have never experienced anything like this with any skin product I’ve used, and even though it’s “suitable for sensitive skin” which I don’t even have sensitive skin, I don’t recommend buying it... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Went to the Estee lauder counter in boots princess street today to get my foundation matched ... the staff there was so arrogant and unwilling to help .. she picked a random medium shade without asking any question or having a good look at my skin or using any device ..applied on my face with her finger saying that was my shade.. which was clearly not . And all these happened within less than a minute. I was so annoyed and literally ran away from that shop.. she just ruined my mood for the day .

Lasst die Finger von dem Ester Lauder Online Shop! Ich habe gerade eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, die ich euch nicht vorenthalten möchte. Anfang Dezember hatte ich eine Bestellung in Höhe von 96€ getätigt. Für die Bestellung in dieser Preisklasse wurde mir erstmal großspurig ein tolles Geschenk versprochen und einige andere Vorteile angeboten. Ich habe dann auch sofort einige Geschenke bestellt und diese vorab per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Nachdem ich dann fast 3 Wochen auf die Lieferung gewartet hatte, befand sich natürlich erstmal nichts von den versprochenen Geschenken im Päckchen, sondern eine Mitteilung, dass leider nichts mehr lieferbar wäre. Zeitgleich wurde ich aber täglich mit Werbung geködert, in welcher immer noch die Geschenke angeboten wurden. Seltsam oder? Leider fehlte auch (der billigste Artikel) in dem Päckchen - wurde aber bereits Wochen vorher von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht! Ich hatte mich dann am gleichen Tag noch per "email an den Kundendienst" gewandt. Was soll ich sagen, es kam keine Reaktion - bis heute etliche Wochen später! Ich wurde aufgefordert eine EIDESSTATTLICHE ERKLÄRUNG unter einreichen meines PERSONALAUSWEISES abzugeben. Den Aufwand sollte natürlich ICH tragen. Dieser Shop ist meines Erachtens völlig unseriös. Ich hatte zwar zum Glück noch nie das Problem mit fehlenden Artikeln (ich bestelle sehr viel im Netz) aber dieses Verhalten finde ich doch sehr dreist.

Stay clear of the night eye serum I never have reactions, this particular serum burnt like hell, the next day my undereyes were puffy itching and burning-I've since read loads of reviews claiming the same thing so be careful I've used loads of different skin products this was by far the worst :(

Estee Lauder har hævet penge på min konto d. 27/11 uden at sende varer. Idag d. 5/12 har jeg været i kontakt med Estee Lauder Danmark fire gange uden at de kan gøre noget. Det er kun et call center, som intet har at gøre med Estee Lauder.

I purchased a £10 gift card in August for my daughters birthday. It never worked it was faulty. Followed all instructions , opened a/couple etc. Still didn't work in store or online. Sent estee many emails over a few weeks. They kept saying the same thing over and over again. Very frustrating. Eventually voucher express who issued the card agreed to refund although they blamed estee lauder. A nightmare!!

I visited the Southend on sea Essex debenhams after being told by a friend that Estée Lauder double wear foundation is one of the best foundations she owned. She adviced me to go into store and get a skin colour match. On apraching the stand there was no one there to serve me, after waiting a little while I noticed a lady shouting over to her college saying she wanted to go to lunch. I asked this lady 'who do I see for a colour match' she huffed, rolled her eyes and said 'me'. I was taken back by her total disappointment in serving me. She took me over to a seat where she roughly took off some of my make up and pressed a little machine on my face. She told me which was my colour without writing it down on a card for me or giving me a sample to take away. She couldn't be less interested if she tried. Really gutted by this so I decided not to purchase from this store. I drove all the way from hullbridge to come to this stall specifically for some help, but all I got was a huffy rude member of staff. Won't be shopping here again.

Har lavet en online order og penge beløbet er blevet trukket fra min konto over 2 gange nu. Har hverken fået besked eller en undskyldning fra Este lauder om dette. For ikke at tale om jeg heller ikke har fået mine penge tilbage endnu . Ydermere gik der optil 3 dage før jeg fik svar på min mail og venter stadigvæk på action .
