I bought the products online and it states to be dispatched within 3-5 business days. But, there’s not even 1 email regarding items dispatched sent after 1 and a half week. Contacted customer services for more than 3 times but problems weren’t solved . They spent so much on advertisement but they can’t even do well in shipping. Really suck experience . Won’t buy it again

poor service ,I won't shop again in Estee Lauder website! they cancelled my order for no reason just sent me an email after 2 hours that I placed my order! they don't care about their client , so people don't be surprised when they cancel your order ! the best way is ---- >>>don't shop anymore

Ho fatto ordine on-line 02/01/2019 n.ordine 1726624490 ...stamattina 07/01/2019 ho ricevuto un messaggio da Lorusso, Federica:testo originale "Gentile cliente, siamo spiacenti di comunicarle che il suo ordine è stato cancellato perché il prodotto da lei ordinato non è più disponibile.Le confermo che ho provveduto alla cancellazione della richiesta di transazione per 74,26€, da parte nostra non c’è più il blocco dell’importo sulla sua carta." Il prodotto è disponibile sul sito di Estee.(New Dimension Shape + Fill Expert Serum)..il supporto di clienti non mi risponde al telefono...Ho una impressione che assistenza di clienti fa tutto per diminuire la clientela di Estee Lauder. Io personalmente on line fatto tantissimi ordini, però dopo la mia esperienza di oggi non ordino più niente.

Customer service is horrendous. They sent me the wrong order, took weeks to make a decision, despite several calls from me. I was then told that the product was out of stock and they can send me an alternate product but not refund me or offer compensation in any way. Also the consumer reps were quite rude.

They cancel my order for no reason. Their free return is a joke. You have to call in and get a label emailed to you and they will put you on hold forever so you can give up the return. When your call finally get picked and you tell them you need to return, they put you on hold again. If you really don't want people to return, just say you don't allow a return. Don't act as if you are fine and set up all the barriers to waste other's time.

Meine Bestellung im Onlineshop wurde wegen eines Sytemfehlers der Homepage nach dem Bezahlvorgang über Paypal abgebrochen. Die Bezahlung über Paypal ist erfolgt nur lag bei Estee Lauder keine Bestellung vor. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundenservice sollte ich mein Geld entweder über PayPal oder per Email an den Kundenservice zurück fordern. Ich entschied mich für beides. Nach 1 Woche weder eine Reaktion auf meine Mail noch eine Rückerstattung. Mieser Kundenservice. Ich werde dort nie wieder kaufen.

Terrible customer service. I was on phone to kate customer service for over one hour attempting to order travel bag and gift . Put that through to Harrods , London to be told I would have to pay £6 delivery fee ! Ridiculous! Wast of time . Pamela Longthorpe State midwife

The only reason why I gave one star is because I couldn’t give zero and still write a review. Horrible customer service! I have used Estée Lauder Youth Dew for over 50 years. My in-laws gave me my first bottle. It was purchased from Neiman Marcus in downtown Dallas. The vast majority of these 50 years I have purchase it from local department stores - Neiman’s, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Macy’s. Lately, out of convenience, I have ordered from Amazon because my husband is disabled and I am his caregiver. I recently received a product that I thought looked old. I contacted Estée Lauder to ask them to decode the stamp etched on the bottom of the box to see if there was an expiration. Foolishly, I thought it would be easier than returning it to Amazon. Even though I explained my circumstances in my email, they refused to help me. They said they weren’t responsible for a product purchased on Amazon. I explained that I wasn’t asking them to assume any responsibility, just decode the etched number. The customer service rep was rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful. They have lost a 50 year customer. Youth Dew is my signature fragrance. Everywhere I go, someone compliments on it and asks what it is. Never again will I proudly ( or at all) share that information.
