Estée LauderReviews of esteelauder.com

I am writing this review because I have used Estee Lauder for over 20 years. I am upset because apparently they have written women over 50 off. 99% of their eyeshadows are filled with sparkles which older women cannot wear. I understand you want to attract a younger group of people; however, a few matte colors would be sufficient. Also, what have you put in your lipsticks? The new colors are very drying and I can no longer wear 90% of them. Your product managers must like the junk being pushed by Kylie Jenner. I bought that stuff for my daughter and her lips looked like someone had poured acid on them after just a few uses. GUESS WHAT E.L. WOMEN OVER 50 ARE NOT DEAD YET, AND WE HAVE MORE MONEY!!! I still liked the ReNutriv base makeup until you discontinued my color! I guess I'm too old since you have forgotten your base customers.

Yes.. I agree with more than enough customers that give this estee lauder customer service a ONE rate star.. I order a perfume for 55$ but I received a coupon for first time order and at the end I realize it.. and chat with them to ask if I was going to received the gift ; if not , to cancel that order and make another one to make sure I was going to receive it . And the lady that I chat with told me that she saw it in my order about to ship. But I didn't get it! So you can imagine that I chat and called and e-mail them to let them know and nothing happen ... so next time I will order from other place. Because I like the perfumes from them

Shocking customer service, I placed an order online nearly three weeks ago and have heard nothing. I can't get through to find out about the order as they are always busy probably dealing with other people who they have let down!!

I made an order with estee lauder and somehow it did not go through. I called them to find out why I did not receive email confirmation. It took them a long time to figure out what's going on and every time they were telling that somebody will get back to me,nobody did,so I had to call them myself and go throught all the detail all over again. I payed with afterpay and estee lauder took the money for the order and its its been a week now, they did not send the money back,so I have to pay for the order that I dont have, because afterpay can not cancel the order until they will receive the money back. Horrible customer service.

I cancelled an order within 1 hour of ordering.I was never told that the items may ship anyway. So I reordered paying with a different payment method. I received duplicate orders yesterday & my account is overdrawn! I've been an Estee Lauder customer for over 30 yrs. I expect the best service considering the cost of their products. I called Customer Service was told I would have to print a return label & take to UPS. THIS IS THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY. Then it would take 7 to 10 days to refund my money! Then I have to wait for the refund thru Pay Pal. I will be lucky to get my money by the New Year. Bad business to not be honest with customers that you truly can't cancel an order.Charge them anyway putting them in overdraft because you can't truly cancel an order. BBB will be next post re this.
