If you call the N.Y.C., (212) 572-4200 which I am assuming is the second HQ for the company, the receptionist that answers the phone over there is horrible, rude, disrespectful and combative. I've called to speak to a few employees there and I would ask her questions and she would snap and become aggressive. I have reached out to H.R. but there are many people that work for Human Resources and I am just awaiting on a reply. I wouldn't be surprised if this individual scares customers away.

I have spent £120 on Estee Lauder in january 2020. Bought a cleansing foam, the anti ageing night serum and the day cream. These are terrible, I can't believe I have lost so much money and my face is so bad. I am 32, my intention was to spend loads of money on quality anti ageing products. My face is dry, I have flaky dry patches on my cheeks and forehead. My eyes are irritated, always red. I had eye discharge too! I have not used any other products since january 2020. I will take pictures and put them on social media so that people can see I am telling the truth! I need a resolution because I have spend a lot of money for rubbish quality.

Bestellung über 126,70 abgegeben, bei dem Zahlungsvorgang mit Paypal wurde ich auf der Clinque Seite jeweils mittels einer rot unterlegten Zeile darauf hingewiesen, dass der Vorgang nicht geklappt habe und ich es nochmals versuchen solle. Dies habe ich getan, dann aufgegeben, da dieser rot unterlegte Message immer wieder erschien. Danach stellte ich fest, der Rechnungsbetrag in Höhe von 126,70 FÜNF Mal abgebucht wurde. Auf etliche Emails jeweils Antwort von ESTEE LAUDER in Form eines Musterbriefes, dass technische Schwierigkeiten einen Fehler mit PAYPAL verursacht hätten....aber keine Spur einer Rücküberweisung .... immerhin 633,50 Euro.... kein Kommentar zu diesem Geschäftsgebaren....

Meine Retoure wurde einem kostenlosen Testmuster zugeordnet und somit kam es zum Mahnverfahren. Trotz mehrfacher Anrufe bei EsteeLauder, mit der Bitte um Mahnstop und Prüfung wurde mein Fall an ein Inkasso Unternehmen weitergeleitet. Es hat mich unendlich viele Anrufe, Zeit und Nerven gekostet, die Angelegenheit zu klären...sowohl mit Estee Lauder als auch mit dem Inkasso Unternehmen. FURCHTBAR !!!!! Ich musste meinen Ausweis und eine eidesstattliche Versicherung mailen und das alles nur, weil man in der Logistik von Estee Lauder zu blöd war, meine Retoure der richtigen ArtikelNummer zuzuordnen...somit blieb also der zahlungspflichtige Artikel als offene Forderung stehen. Das Schlimme ist nur, das ICH denen das erklären musste...mit dem Hinweis doch bitte endlich mal mein Kundenkonto zu überprüfen !!! Zum Glück hatte ich zum Schluss endlich eine fähige Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, die dem Wahnsinn glücklicherweise ein Ende bereitet hat...vielen Dank Frau Bader ! Leider ist das versprochene Entschädigungsgeschenk bis heute nicht bei mir angekommen aber ich habe nach fast zwei Monaten Theater endlich wieder meine Ruhe - bei Estee Lauder bestelle ich nie wieder...

Überteuerte Produkte und ein miserabler Kundenservice, der nicht nur telefonisch nie erreichbar ist, sondern auch Emails nur per Zufall beantwortet. Stornieren von Bestellungen werden nicht akzeptiert. Dies wird jedoch geschickt eingefädelt. Sobald Sie auf ein Storno, Widerruf oder sonstigen Anfragen nicht beantworten wollen, senden sie eine Email mit "wegen Aktionstage wie Black Friday kommt es zu langen Bearbeitungszeiten". Auch wenn es gerade keine Aktionstage gibt. Bestellungen die x-Mal per Email storniert wurden, werden 3 Wochen später geliefert. Antwort von Estee Lauder 2 Monate später "da die Bestellung bereits bearbeitet wurde, kann die Stornierung nicht durchgeführt werden". Die Prozesse dieses Unternehmen sind daraus ausgerichtet die Kunden zu täuschen und gesetzeswidrig. Ein mal bestellt, gibt es kein zurück mehr. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, der Probleme mit der betrügerische Masche hat, dies bei der Verbraucherzentrale zu melden.

Condivido la delusione di molte altre recensioni: anch’io un prodotto mancante e nessuna risposta o tanto meno rimborso. State attente, non si tratta di un sito affidabile.

Purtroppo mi accodo alle recensioni negative dovute alla assenza di comunicazioni e rimborso per un articolo mancante. L'unica cosa che posso fare è mettere in guardia altre utenti. Non acquistate nulla sul sito.

I will honestly never shop with a Estée Lauder online again! They sent me out the wrong order...I ordered the modern muse gift set on Black Friday for my mothers Christmas present but only realised wrong order sent when I came to wrap up the gift set and found it was not what I ordered. I emailed them on the 22nd December completing their online form and to this date I have not received a reply. I have called them 3 times now 23rd Dec, 27th Dec and 4th January to try and get my money back and every time I speak to someone I am assured that the refund is in hand. I have made allowances due to Christmas time and understand that things could be delayed but it’s now 7th January! If I do not get my refund by the end of the week I am going to report them to trading standards as they are acting like a dodgy pop up company not a reputable well known brand around the world. In Christmas week I reordered another gift set from Lancome, on the 23rd Dec by Fri 27th the correct order arrived...not an issue. Think Estée Lauder need to learn from them!!
