Bad service overpriced products half things not refunded and asked to call customer services held onto items waiting for me to return a free gift when I’ve spent thousands with them. A lot more cheaper and better brands out there that do more then strip yr skin

Loyal customer (envied e-list member) have placed multiple orders over the past few months and not on one order have they upheld the membership benefits - products and deliver! When I finally managed to connect to an agent the attitude was horrendous.. and didn’t even apologise for false advertising, blamed it on ‘current conditions.’ No more likely greed and maximising sales margins! They also emailed to say they are not replying to emails because they are busy! Do not reply to social media and the phone lines waited 50mins and gave up! Shocking customer service plus orders are taking on average over two weeks to deliver and there’s no point been a loyal customer, they don’t care!

i spent £85.00 on foundation and lipstick as i usually go into the store (due to covid-19 i wasnt sure if you could go in to buy makeup or not) had the email confirmation as to what i had ordered.. said it will be shipped within 1-2 days, heard nothing since but money has been taken from my bank account! wish i had read the reviews before using the website, i thought with the website being legit it would be ok, had to use asos instead which all came the next day for alot cheaper too! avoid at all costs.

please do not order with this company, absolutely appalling service, no notification or email to tell me my items are all out of stock, no refund given has to date. It has now been 3 weeks and i have taken this up with paypal to deal with. Worst on line ordering experience i've ever come across, Estee Lauder should be ashamed and will take my business elsewhere

11 days after ordering, and the info says still in warehouse. No word from them and no way to cancel the sale. Even the virtual assistant is rude, not a please, or sorry, to be seen, just WHAT'S YOUR NAME? I expected better.

How do we get hold of you??? I ordered some items last week, unfortunately realised the one cream I use defaults to dry on their website and I need it changed to combination skin.. well.. I have been calling, emailing, trying the chat option, AND even send messages on Instagram, no replies, this since the day I placed the order! It's still in Warehouse and plenty of time to correct it IF someone had answered phones or emails.. I bet they send me the wrong item and since I'm in Ireland I cannot send it back... won't use them again!

Very awful online purchase experience that I got from Estee Lauder. Placed an order since 15th May but yet to receive any status update on the delivery. They only informed that they will look into my case but never give me a confirmed date on how soon I can receive my order. Informed the customer service to cancel the order and refund my money. They said will take another 7 to 10 days subject to the approval. Approval for me to cancel the order that never received response from Estee Lauder??? You must be kidding me.
