Important update to my previous review of Estee Lauder on Trustpilot. After being asked to submit further information re the earlier review on here our purchases were reordered and our order arrived promptly. My mum has today received a lovely complimentary gift from you which we were not expecting. I'm extremely grateful to receive mums order and gift which has made her day, Thank you for listening and acting accordingly Estee Lauder.

This is an updated and very warranted review of Estee Lauder's website. I have made multiple orders throughout the years and never had an issue. A couple coincidences happened which made me make a rash decision and give a bad review. After reaching out to customer service, Trustpilot site link populated. After reading the reviews I felt same thing was happening on my end. My review had nothing to do with their products. Most of the reviews with the website are from this year and specifically in the last 2 months. I think the website would do well to put a disclaimer "due to popular demand our processing times have been extended". This would be beneficial for the customer and for their employees. I order from several companies that take up to two weeks but it is stated there are delays. I forgot that this past year has been hard for a majority of companies to keep employees and so many more factors. I work for a company where I have had to tell customers we are not able to service them due to shortage from multiple vendors and the dreaded part of several workers quit (very hard to replace as they have to pass multiple tests and be licensed by the state). I am very impressed that customer service tracked me down after this review and feel they went above and beyond then needed. I will continue to order from Estee Lauder. I do hope the website updates processing times as it would save quite a bit of heart break for everyone. For an idea on times, I ordered overnight on the 2nd and recieved my order today - 10 day turnaround. Maybe knowing this will help others on expectations during this Holiday season.

I visited London Colney today and in particular the Estée Lauder counter in Boots. I met an advisor called SONA and was so impressed with her knowledge of her products. She gave me great advice and was not at all pushy like some sales assistants. I would definitely go back to see SONA for further purchases. D. Perkins Buckinghamshire

So I ordered from Estee Lauder before I read all the reviews and saw the very low score on trust pilot. I was quite worried to say the least but everything came on time packed beautifully and I got a lot of extras beyond what I had paid, partly through a deal they had going on and through free samples they added for me. I can honestly say I got my moneys worth and more. I'm so happy the day wear face cream, the advanced night repair serum and the eye gel are exactly as they were in the free samples I got in store when I got the double wear foundation (actually stays all day and doesn't go weird on my combination skin) I wanted to put a review here and I'll be adding one to the Estee Lauder uk trust pilot because though I can't speak for others experience but mine was exactly the kind of service I expected from a luxury brand and it honestly exceed my expectations too. Everything was packaged so nicely, that really matters to me after so many times I've bought products form other places and they have came leaking or damaged because of poor packaging. I'll definitely be purchasing again without a doubt. Thanks Estee Lauder I look forward to adding your products to my skincare routine and having a better try on of all my new makeup.
