I have been an Estee Lauder user for 45 yrs. & used Estee Pure Fragrance since its inception. Recently I purchased a bottle, it was several days before I tried it & immediately I knew something was definitely wrong! I returned the bottle to Dillard's thinking they had given me the wrong one. My sales rep told me they had a training & were told that after people have worn a fragrance for a long period of time their nose becomes immune to the smell. I told her that didn't hold water, for I had a small amount of Estee left in my bottle & there was no comparison between the 2. Estee has been my signature fragrance for it works very well with my body chemistry & I always getting compliments on how it smells on me! I beseech you to go back to the original formula, or if there is any stock still left in the warehouse, could I purchase several bottles? Please consider my request! I placed an order online for a product I hadn't seen in the stores. I was promised then didn't receive a 15% discount for ordering online for the first time. I sent email then called the toll free number to receive the credit. First customer agent promised to fix it but didn't. Second one promised to fix it, told me it would take 7 business days to see the credit on my card then told me she couldn't confirm that she'd fixed it, but I had to wait to see the credit on my card. Next time I'll ask my department store to order in the product. They can deal with the company hassles.
