as what other said in previous feedback. do not use this website. just do not! very bad experience from applying promo code to contacting CS. The order took ages to be shipped and CS really not helpful at all. contacted them many times without resolution. beware. just shop somewhere else.

Estee Lauder canceled all the free gifts in my order! Why would I order from them if there are no free gifts when every other stores have promotions? And when I checked their websites, they claim they still have the gifts available! Fake advertisements! Waste my time and money.

Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das ist der schlechteste Kundenservice der Welt! Habe meine Bestellung bekommen, aber ohne Ware, nur die Beigaben. Emails werden nie beantwortet NIE! Nach 45 min Wartezeit am Telefon. meldete sich eine verschlafene Stimme, die mir Rückzahlung versicherte, ich habe nichts bekommen - Paypal eingeschaltet. Bei anderen Bestellung fehlte genauso wie bei anderen Käufer das Set, was ab dem bestimmten Einkaufswert dazu gab. Das ist Betrug, denn man gibt einen Betrag aus um das Set zu bekommen. Bei der Bestellung davor genau das gleiche und es gibt keine Antwort darauf. Aber anscheinend kümmert es niemanden von EL, wie verärgert die Kunden sind. Sie haben hier noch nie ein Blick rein geworfen. Es ist da zu Masche geworden, mit schönen Geschenkenversprechen, den Kunden dazu zu bringen, mehr Geld auszugeben und dann einfach sich tot zu stellen. Aber das Geld fließt! Läuft! Ich habe sowas noch nie woanders erlebt, am wenigsten von EL erwartet. Verdiente NULL STERNE!

Ordered 32 essential set amongst multiple other items. Order accepted, dispatched confirmed and money taken. Only 1 item received. Tried their chat service 4 times without success and after waiting 35 mins on the phone was told they are now out of stock. Only Christmas pressie wanted so I have now have to disappoint! They had also forgotten to refund the items not received! Shocking service and no apology. Will not be ordering from them again!

I hve been shopping with Estee Lauder Online for a long time,but it's my frist time in the case,I am so disappointed with the customer service!! I want to get my free gift. thank you.

Giving only one star is too much! Please do not use this site. Customer services takes hours to get through to and then you get a different person everytime, who is unhelpful and online chat will blame other parties. My order was incorrectly charged on my account, which was Estee Lauder fault. Told that it had been cancelled, so they still took payment when payment pending! Then informed me that their over charge payment from my bank would take 5 - 7 working days to go back onto my card. Lodged complaint through my bank against Estee Lauder. Please do not use this site or company as unscrupulous, rude and no help from customer services. Taking my complaint to Office of fair trading.
