If I could give 0stars I would I ordered a couple items on 27th nov I got an initial email for the order since then nothing I’ve tried to contact on their help assistant on their website they keep closing I have sent so many emails WILL NEVER shop with them again

Wat een enorm slechte website zeg! Via de telefoon browser werkt de advent kalender voor geen meter, als je iets wil kopen kan je niet betalen omdat je vast komt te zitten in een free sample scherm dat verder blanco is. Wil je hulp werkt de chat niet, wil je een klacht indienen werkt de mail niet omdat hij mn achternaam en postcode blijkbaar niet leuk vind. Dan probeer ik het via de pc, werkt de advent ook niet, krijg je bij afrekenen ook een blanco sample pagina waar je niets kan. Dit zou mn eerste bestelling via de Estee website zijn en ik geef t op. Wat een gezeik om iets te kopen en hulp te krijgen. Zelfs dit formulier sturen is een ramp door te spastische spam filters die mijn achternaam en postcode niet accepteren. Dus je kan zelfs geen contact krijgen via de website, dan maar via trustpilot

Dishonest and misleading advertisement ! Placed order for 2 gifts sets, the website state one gift set contain four full size lipsticks. Only received 2 lipsticks. Contact the customer service no one bother to contact me back. Tried the online chat , the customer service sucks. Disgrace for Estée Lauder that can’t honor their own advertising. Shopper beware for their advertisements.

I asked them about the manufacture date of some unopened products I have and I don't know if they are not expired, because the products have only batch codes, not an expiration date or a manufacture date ; I wrote severel emails and still they did not answered this simple question, I had the right to know this information. It seemed some robots are writing these standard e-mails, not people, it is my first awful experience of this kind with a cosmetic company, obviously I am not their client anymore and I regret I bought a lot of products from them!

Made a purchase 3 weeks ago. Day after I received an email saying product had been shipped. I have not received anything - after 3 weeks. Have tried to contact the company by chat, email and have spent 3 days on the phone = 20 phone calls. No answers. Has to be world record in lousy consumer handling. Have been a loyal Estee Lauder fan for many years. Never again. So unprofessional and appaling consumer handling.

Kann mich nur allen anschließen, schlechter wie schlecht!!! Wollte Sendung urgieren, die ich angeblich schon erhalten habe - per e-Mail nicht erreichbar, telefonisch schon gar nicht, endlos-Warteschleife mit noch schlechterem Klavierkonzert, keine Antwort auf Kontaktformular. Im Impressum keine E-Mail-Adresse zu finden - sehr dubios - nieeeee wieder!!!

das gibt es doch nicht! zum wiederholten male habe ich nicht die zugesicherten zugaben bekommen. im frühjahr war es das gleiche. nach vielen anrufen und unfreundlichkeit wurde mir per mail ein sendungsstatus der zugabe zugesichert. es hat sich nie etwas getan. und nun wieder das gleiche, wie die damen vor mir schon geschrieben haben. traurigerweise kann ich mich anschließen. ich werde nie wieder! bestellen und meine daten löschen. ist es absicht, was die machen? es ist glatter betrug!und das in meinem falle zum 3. mal, die dinge, mit endloswarteschleife, ect. will ich gar nicht mehr schreiben....mfg

Heerlijke cremes maar heb nu de revitalizing supreme en ruikt niet zo lekker... met winkel Douglas gebeld of er een houdbaarheids datum op te vinden is, is er niet. Heb het gekregen dus laat het maar zo Wel echt vreemd daar wij met lotnrs ( wij verkopen olieen ) en houdbaarheids datums moeten werken.
