Vote with your wallets people! I am absolutely disappointed to know that Estee Lauder is using animal testing in their cosmetics and fragrance and therefore cannot tolerate this unnecessary and disgusting animal cruelty anymore! I have been buying your products for long time, but as soon as I got to know this, I decided not to use your products and switch to brands that do not do this anymore. There are alternatives to avoid it and so many brands are switching to cruelty-free. If you care at all about poor animals and people in general, you should be more considerate, then maybe more customers will come back.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences (estee lauder U.K.). I placed an order and for confirmation message, money is withdrawn from my account. However I did not get the confirmation email and the items still looks in the shopping bag. Tried to reach live chat they are closing before 18:00 but on their website it looks like they need to be there until 18:00 I sent an email and the response is very slow and still the issue is not solved. Their website is also very bad. Once I solve this issue I will never use the website again.

This company "GIFTS" old, worthless, expired, oxidized "SAMPLES" to their "LOYALTY CUSTOMERS". A total joke. They must be desperate for a nickel. The so called 6 piece deluxe sized gift that arrived with the dual 3.4oz Revitalizing Serums fir mom's BIRTHDAY GIFT, 2 out of 6 are so old 1 is crusted to the bottom of the tiny jar (neck cream) and the cleansing balm is rock hard in the tube. I have pictures sent by my DAD. My mom uses Sisley neck cream but was excited to try out your neck cream sample to compare. She can't. Why would you ship expired, old, crusted over, oxidized samples? Do you have zero consideration for your customers?

Ich habe bei der Estée Lauder Tochter Jo Malone eine große Bestellung getätigt. Zur Bestellung wurden Kerzen und Duschgel als Geschenke angeboten. Die Bestellung ist aber nie bei mir eingetroffen und das Geld wurde mir nach zahlreichen Mails an Jo Malone und Estée Lauder nicht zurückerstattet. Auch der Chat gab meine Beschwerden nur weiter und nichts passierte. Erst durch die Intervention von paypal habe ich mit drei Monatiger Bestätigung mein Geld zurückerhalten.

Ik dacht, dat ik alle slechte ervaringen ondertussen wel had meegemaakt, maar een miljoenorganisatie als Estee Lauder maakt er toch wel ene potje van en dan geen potje creme in dit geval. Geprobeerd een order te plaatsen voor een product wat alleen maar via hun eigen website te koop is. Bestelling geplaatst wat toendertijd zowaar lukte maar geen bevestiging gehad van de order. Via de chat contact gezocht en het moest allemaal uitgezocht worden etc etc. Uiteindelijk order gecancelled door medewerker customer service en zowaar het geld teruggestort gekregen. Ook het verzoek gehad om een nieuwe bestelling te doen. Enfin nieuwe bestelling gedaan en elke keer kom je niet verder tot het moment van betalen daarna klapt de boel vast en dat niet een keer ma keer op keer Vanmiddag contact gezocht via de telefoon en dan kom je te spreken met een Belgische dame die je uitlegt dat ze je en mail gaat sturen hoe te handelen. Mail komt binnen en wat blijkt......Een stappenplan om je cookies the clearen….Man man man ik ben toch geen digibeet of zo. Het probleem ligt in de verbinding bij jullie pay server en niet in de browsersettings. Het meest irritante is , dat dit product nergens anders te koop is, behalve daar.

Man kann sich nirgends beschweren, kommt zu keinem Supervisor sondern wird nur abgespeist mit der Daueraussage Schreiben sie ein Mail und wir werden es weiter geben. Für die viele Zeit und Ärger die ich damit verschwendet habe, nachzufragen wo meine Bestellung eigentlich ist, hätten man mir die ganze Bestellung eigenlich als Entschädigung schenken müssen. Das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich was bei Aveda bestellt habe. Bei so einem großen Konzern wie Estee Lauder fragt man sich schon, dass die nicht in der Lage sind ein ordentliches Bestell/Versandsystem mit einem ausreichenden besetzten Kundenservice aufzubauen. Eine Frechheit. Kundenservice ist offensichtlich Nebensache. Diese Einstellung spiegelt aber auch das Unternehmen wieder und es scheint ihnen relativ egal zu sein. Anscheindend reicht es trotz schlechen Service noch für genügend Umsatz.

For a global company, Estee Lauder's website is a total shambles. They get you in by offering a discount, it's slower than slow, the font size in the search line changes the whole time - no "chat line" available, although constantly popping up in the right hand corner. I could go on and on - I have placed an order (eventually) but heaven knows if they have received it - no communication, but my money accepted. My advice: if you want to buy Estee Lauder products do so through John Lewis, they do the same discounts and at least are reliable! What a shocker!
