Estée LauderReviews of esteelauder.com

Bit shocked after spending £70 online not to get any samples thrown in. When we buy in store the store staff always promote more choices with trial samples and these in turn make me want to buy these products next purchase. Try harder.

The products are good. If you can get them! The website is ALWAYS experiencing issues. One chat rep will say they can help while the other can't or won't. I don't know what is going on with that site but it's a convenience for some of us who can't get to the store as quick as we'd like. They are teetering on losing my business.Clinique isn't bad.

I needed to contact customer services over a pot of their cream that did not contain my usual cream! I contacted them and was asked to return in a postage paid envelope! After several weeks I had heard nothing so I contacted them again and was told I would be given an exchange product no explanation as they had promised about the returned cream! They told me they would send a 50 ml pot out to me! I explained the returned pot was 75ml she argued with me made me feel like a liar , went and checked and then said I was correct!! She then promised to send.a 30ml and a 50ml total of 80 ml . After a few days I received a 30ml .I then rang them again to be told they had no 50 ml in stock so I said I would accept two 30 ml instead! Which they duly sent !! All in all I actually gained 15 ml extra for all my hassle! I wish now that I had returned my pot of cream to the trading standers as they were falsely selling a different cream in my normal Estée Lauder package! I did expect a better experience from a company like Estée Lauder!!!

Zusammengefasst: schlampig!

While some Estee Lauder products are ok, I have had a really bad experience with the Advanced Night Repair eye cream. I have sensitive skin, which I told the shop assistant. She recommended the eye cream for my dark circles. It seemed ok for a while but then my skin got incredibly irritated. My eye area is red, looks almost burnt and my barely noticeable lines are now much worse. It has aged me!! Absolutely horrible! Stay away from it! I cannot believe it cost me so much. I feel robbed. I have used their lipsticks and the ANR serum along with the Wake Up Balm and they were decent but this eye cream is terrible. Why would the shop assistant recommend this to someone with sensitive skin? I can see here that other customers have had the same issue. We pay so much only to have our faced burnt! Ridiculous. I was also sold a face wash which makes me break out - this is the one in the red packaging. It makes me not want to buy from this brand again!

used to use it for few years but not effective anymyore.. feeling disapointed but ive found myself another products wich are bettwr for my skin

This applies to the website. Still waiting for my order with no email to advise of delay, just a despatch email 5 working days after the order was placed. no response to my email asking why there is a delay. They need to get with the times and provide an acceptable service and turnaround.
