the reason why I gave them 1 star very disappointed I'm a regular customer of Estee Lauder make-up. I went online and made a purchase I came across a new product Estée Lauder -Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturizing Foundation, which cost $55 I order thru Macys.com online went in store to pick up my items. I notice the product was water not make-up. Since I'm new to the product i went on YOUTUBE to see if that is the normal way it should look, after noticing it is more of a thick product I called into ESTEE LAUDER 877-NUMBER. they could care less about helping me and told me to go back to Macy's in store HORRIBLE all the money I spend on your product, and you treat your customer like this. I will go in the store to return your water item

It should be 0 star. This company is horrible with their customer service! I ordered a perfume from Estée Lauder that cost over $100 and I never received the order because they used an unreliable third party delivery company and the delivery driver stole my package and never delivered it. I complained to Estée Lauder and they ignored my complaint and brushed me off, refusing to give me a replacement or refund. From then on, I never ordered from them again. Buyer beware-they use a third party delivery company because it’s cheaper and their customer service won’t help you if your order was never received, such as theft of package. The worst customer service ever!

Im so disappointed with Estee Lauder. I order from them all the time and my order was immediately cancel because it was a promotion still showing available on the website and it didnt come with my purchase. I called and asked them for the gift set and was informed that the free gift set promotion was not available. I explained numerous times that its still showing on their website. I was told that the promotion ended on yesterday, okay but its still showing on your website. I said I will not be the only customer that will think its still available. They would not honor the gift set and canceled my order and told me to go back in and place the order and then call and ask for a free sample. I use to be a loyal customer but not anymore. Im sure they could care less, but treat your customers better

I purchased the Beautiful Magnolia hand cream. This tiny tube was $27. Ordered on the web. Couldn’t believe how small of tube! Total RIP OFF!!’n

Ich habe es im Chat reklamiert, da wurde mir gesagt dass es wahrscheinlich schon ausverkauft ist! Die Aktion gibt's immer noch auf der Homepage und wenn alles schon ausverkauft ist, ist es Betrug! Ganz einfach!

Dear Estée Lauder, I have been a loyal user of Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation in 4N1 Shell Beige for many years, which is why I am so disappointed with my most recent purchase. The foundation I received is nothing like the product I have relied on for years. The consistency is extremely watery and thin, whereas Double Wear has always been known for its thicker texture, excellent coverage, and long-lasting finish. The new bottle provides significantly less coverage and does not perform to the standard I have come to expect from the brand. I have compared it directly with an older bottle of the same shade (photos attached), and the difference is obvious. Not only is the new foundation much thinner in consistency, but the colour also appears noticeably lighter despite both bottles being labelled 4N1 Shell Beige. The product simply does not look, feel, or apply like the Double Wear foundation I have used for years. Given the premium price point, this feels like a complete waste of money. The quality, coverage, and colour consistency are not what I paid for, and I am extremely disappointed. Double Wear has been my foundation of choice for many years because of its reliable coverage and finish, but unless this issue can be explained or resolved, I will unfortunately be looking for an alternative brand.

The new Estée Lauder foundation formula is dreadful why change something that doesn’t need to be changed! Using that foundation for 18 years. I now can’t stand this product and the new bottle leaks the customer service is also shocking sent a email to their customer service nearly a month ago and still waiting for a reply! Probably because they are getting a lot of disappointed customers. If your thinking of trying this foundation don’t it’s terrible now and doesn’t compare to the old formula

No communication about delivery of order, no updates as to why delivery still hasn’t arrived (six working days so far) and no interest from Estée Lauder. Dreadful service and recommend that nobody uses them ever! Be good if you could talk to a human in customer service but waited for over 40 mins and got cut off.
