Myself and a friend had a recent make over at the Estee Lauder in Boots at the Trafford Centre Manchester, we were served by Terri and Nicola, they were exceptional, great expertise, knew all the products, and gave us the looks we wanted. Can't thank them enough. We purchased various products without feeling pressured to, would highly recommend and will return. Thank you Terri and Nicola.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Mei today at the Southampton boots counter (10/12/24) and trust me I have a lot to say! I have never shopped or bought anything from Estée Lauder, so coming in I wanted to get both my mum and my sister something lovely for Christmas and let’s say I wasn’t disappointed. Not only was I greeted with amazing customer service thanks to Mei, but she really took the time to explain how each product works and the benefits to them. She took the time to ask open ended questions, asked about skin tone, colours that my mother usually wore and how she would be using the lipstick to make sure that it would be a perfect gift… I can honestly say I’ve come away with amazing gifts for my mother and sister. Not only that Mei explained more about the company and how profits go to charities, money goes out to help other women in need and how the creator of the brand would go out and get a lipstick for his wife! Everything she explained not only left me feeling great about purchasing from the company, but made the company more relatable and trustworthy. I don’t know if you reward your employees but I think that Mei should at least be recognised for her hard work and dedication, she’s an absolute credit to your store and an amazing brand ambassador… if anything future employees should learn from her because there’s not a single fault I could even bring up, she was that good! Safe to say I will be coming back to buy more products and that I have been converted after hearing about more products on your line. And to Mei thank you, you said some things that really stuck with me today and truly left me with a spring in my step after feeling a bit meh!

Ordered a named day delivery and expected the order to arrive with a time frame. Unfortunately it never did but the two calls I have made today to Estée Lauder was so helpful, professional and could understand that when we have family pressures we can’t wait in with no idea of the timeframes. The staff I spoke to rang me back as agreed and were really exceptional. Thank you. The order arrived eventually but I had to go out to see my elderly mum and the Evri guy was lovely and brought his little daughter even though it was after 5.15pm.

That said, I've shopped in various countries, including a recent visit to the MAC store in Aalborg, Denmark, where the team was equally amazing. Estée Lauder revitalising supreme Well I was bought this as a present and it is amazing. So beautiful to wear my skin feels fantastic and I definitely notice the difference. It has given my skin a bounce and it definitely has improved the lines . I ran out so had to use a different brand and honestly I can say I immediately noticed the difference.

Bronze Goddess perfume. I absolutely love this scent it makes me feel gorgeous and happy as soon as I spray…. It is not just for the summer you can wear all year round. My only issue is I’m struggling to find it in the UK this year. Just finished a bottle and can’t find another xx
