I use Estee Lauder regularly and really enjoy their skincare range, lipsticks and some of their eye shadow collection. The packaging of palettes feel like luxury, lipstick packaging could do with changing to match the luxury brand but skincare containers are good. I wished they did a recycling scheme if we recycle X amount of skincare pots/containers then they would give a reward back as if brands need to be more sustainable. The staff are usually welcoming and helpful in Debenhams and Boots but I didn't like them in Selfridges as there was no warmness and they made you feel like your the inconvenience. Like hello? We are paying customers that pay for your wages?? Sales = staff wages and profits so I will be avoiding this concession.
I've also shopped online when I am unable to get to a store and the website is easy to use and they give you samples which is great.

High quality and they do not test on…
High quality and they do not test on animals, but some of EL subsidiaries do according to latest articles.
My sensitive skin has never had a problem with any of their products I use, in particular foundations and primers, just make sure to pick the right one for your skin, obviously. :)
They offer a wide range of products for almost every need I guess. They have high prices, at least for me, unfortunately.
If only prices were a little lower and their no animal testing policy was enforced on subsidiaries too EL would probably be my 1st pick :)

Great products but Website need sorted out.
I love Estee Lauder products and the Estee Lauder website offers alot of rewards and freebies with every order I've placed. I've never had any problems with them other than the website always freezes when I try and select my rewards and can take nearly an hour trying to select items and get through checkout. Need some serious TLC on their website! Once I was trying to select my rewards choice and then all the options disappeared so I didn't get my freebie even though I had over 300 points on my loyalty rewards. Products great just website otherwise I'd have give 5 stars.

Brilliant products and customer …
Brilliant products and customer service, have been using for years and never been disappointed... would like the option of a pump dispenser on double wear foundation.

new foundation and loose powder containers
I love your products but the new foundation dispenser has to be turned upside down to get some of the last contents out. Also the Perfecting Loose Powder is now only 10g as opposed to the Lucidity Loose Powder which contained 21g and the price is similar. The lid of the Perfecting Loose Powder is unable to be removed so it's the same scenario as the foundation. There is a waste factor involved as is with the foundation.
I have been buying Estee Lauder products for many years and very rarely complain about any purchases I make with any of my shopping but I sincerely think this should be reviewed so as to keep and look after your loyal customers.
Thank you.

Good quality and offers but packaging could be better
I very rarely bought EL products until a few years ago as I associated the brand with my mother who wore Youth Dew throughout my childhood and, as a consequence, middle age. I also found the packaging too 'bling' and preferred French brands instead. Having said that, I never had any complaints regarding the quality of the products I did happen to use (usually my mother's or gifts).
In fact It was excellent customer service at an EL counter when I required a new foundation that finally put my EL prejudices to bed. Perhaps now that I'm over forty, I am able to forgive the questionable advertising and too shiny packaging because quality is really all that matters to me these days. My EL foundation (Double Wear light) is excellent and so too is Perfectly Clean (Multi-Action cleanser). Modern Muse has become my new favourite fragrance, despite the fact I dislike the bottle lid and the name!
I do wish EL would offer a pump dispenser bottle, instead of a jar, for more of the face creams, as it would be more hygienic, and I'd love the brand to tone down on the gold packaging, but it clearly appeals to a lot of women.
Finally, it would be great if EL stopped using high profile women in their campaigns that I absolutely don't aspire to be! Lancome has always chosen famous actresses who are far more 'starry' (Isabella Rosselini, Kate Winslet, Penelope Cruz etc) whereas EL had Liz Hurley for years and now Kendal Jenner...I simply couldn't buy EL when Hurley was their 'face'. I don't buy Lancome because of the famous faces associated with the brand but they haven't put me off either. It would be far more appropriate if EL used much older women in their advertising like L'Oreal has done with Helen Mirren.
Overall, a lot of EL skincare and makeup is of high quality and worth every penny. Perfumes are distinct and, although not always for the faint-hearted, they are nonetheless sophisticated and interesting.
