Ordering was quick and easy. Swift delivery and able to track. One problem I did state that this was a gift. It arrived in a brown dirty box and tissue wrapped scrunched around it. But would of been a 5* if wrapped correctly.

what I first buy is Double Wear stay-in-place Makeup, maybe this is not that suitable for me, I have a mixed face skin. One of its ads slogans is that this liquid makeup is good enough too last more than 8hours a day, in fact, it can not last that long. It is too dry for me, and it cannot mix well with my skin. I will never buy this makeup again...

The delivery took too long to arrive, I asked for gift wrap as it was a gift for my mum and that wasn't done so I was charged extra unnecessarily

The online shopping was an absolute nightmare, it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks arrived after the 3rd. The products are incredible and one of my favorite foundations but they need to fix this online experience!

Ottimi prodotti che acquisto e utilizxo da molto tempo. Il fondotinta double wear è inimitabile e a mio parere insostituibile. Non posso dire lo stesso per la terra "Bronze Goddess". Ogni volta si rompe la chiusura dell'astuccio e diventa scomodo e nn utilizzabile in viaggio. Purtroppo mi è successo per 3 volte... Riguardo al contorno occhi "Advanced night repair eye concentrate matrix" trovo assurdo visto il costo non economico che l'applicatore quando il prodotto è sul fondo non riesca più a raggiungere il prodotto e si debba usare un cotton fioc.

I love Estée Lauder foundations - they seem tailor-made for my skin, and are constantly being improved. A special congratulations on "Double Wear Nude", which is absolutely ideal for summer wear in the hot and humid climate where I live in Spain. My complaint is that Estée Lauder treats its Spanish customers like poor relations - it is slow to introduce new products here (if they ever do make an appearance), the prices are higher than in the UK (let alone the US) and the website is scanty on its special offers and freebies (compared with the US site). I do not buy in-store because, like other customers who have reviewed the company here, I do not appreciate condescending, bored treatment from ignorant assistants who know less about the products than I do who have been using them for over 30 years.

just think a bit more marketing and products for younger generations of makeup users would be helpful. Have always had the image of my grandma using these products. Seems like they're trying to do elderly posh. I've heard good things about the products just wouldn't ever go buy them.
