Since I used the eyelash serum i got extreme headaches so i had to stop using it. I used the advanced night repair serum which i didn't see any change, it only made my skin moisturised and no repair signs for me. The advanced night repair eye gel-cream, i like the texture it feels nice and moisturised but again no sign of a ting repair. I had better experience with more affordable brands. but i really regret buying the eyelash serum, i only used it few times because it gave me extreme headaches and made my eye super puffy when i wake up.

I saw an ad for skincare set for 5 items which included , day cream 50 ml and night cream 50 ml However when I received the package Day cream was 50 ml but night cream was 15 ml So I called customer care , the agent was not very helpful , so I emailed them with screenshots of that ad. After one week of replying back and forth , I still have had no results However when I went back to that same site , I noticed they have corrected their error Night cream 15 ml 😂which is fine but I am surprised at their response to my emails , how cheap can Estée Lauder be with customers for their error . I do want to add today February 27 that after email correspondence for 10 days, I got a very positive response from customer service. Apologetic and kind words ! Am truly happy as I didn’t want to have any negative feelings towards one of my fav products I have been using since last 40 years ! Thank you again customer service team for correcting your error !

Bestelling geplaatst , cadeautje wat op de website stond was er niet bij. Telf niet bereikbaar verwijzen naar whatsapp maar daar krijg je constant een systeem fout. Estee Lauder producten bevallen maar in het vervolg koop ik in de winkel niet meer online , verkoop ok klantenservice niet ok

Es macht wirklich keinen Spaß mehr online bei EsteeLauder einkaufen zu wollen. Egal wann, die interessanten und schönen Geschenksets & Produkte sind entweder ausverkauft oder "demnächst" lieferbar. Die Benachrichtungsfunktion, wenn die Ware tatsächlich mal wieder lieferbar ist, funktioniert auch nicht. Das ist wirklich, wirklich sehr frustrierend. Weshalb betreibt man diesen Onlineshop, wenn man die Verfügbarkeit der Ware nicht ausreichend sicherstellen kann?

Your products are not cheap but.previously trustworthy. I ordered a powder compact to add to my handbag in my usual FRESCO shade of double wear for taking with me to blot out shine at my sons wedding, ir arrived in a plastic "pill box" which could not be described as a travel case. Really hacked off

My order was for £100 plus and I had to wait nearly a week for delivery. With so many companies sending next day delivery, Estee Lauder really need to update and fall in line with other companies to get orders out faster for their customers. To my mind this is poor customer service.

I ordered $255.49 of products on 3/18/23. I received my order on 3/22/23 but no feee gifts. When I order foundation for under $100.00 I always get a bag of goodies.

Can not recommend. Twice I’ve ordered directly from Estée Lauder when they have had deals and received neither. This last one was ordering a full size night serum and getting a second. I called them and still have received nothing. Going elsewhere.
