Appears to be a reasonably priced site until you get your products and then the company issues FedEx with an itemised breakdown of products so that YOU the consumer gets smacked with a customs bill. Not ideal. I’d stick with Gangham or Beautyfox. Never had a customs bill when purchasing from them.

The price of the products are lower than other vendors that stock the same items. However, the selection of items offer by EstaDema is limited compared to other vendors. The shipping was very fast with FedEx the items were packaged well. The customer service response to my questions were fairly responsive and professional. The payment process was straightforward. On Trust pilot that EstaDema is a US company, for clarification it's not, it's a South Korean company. My issue with EstaDema is mainly being forced to incur extra costs due to duty and custom tax. EstaDema insist that UK buyers must make orders over £135. If not EstaDema will LIE and FALSIFY the value of your order so when EstaDema ships your order you have to pay customs and duty tax. This is the message EstaDema has on its website Note: please mention customs clearance for all UK orders your order amount should be more than 135 GBP, if your order is less than* this amount, we will declare it as 135 GBP. I deliberately made orders less than £135 to avoid paying custom and duty, but I ended up getting a bill of £43.38 from FedEx. Beware if you are in the UK when you shop with EstaDema you think that you are making a saving due to the low cost products. However, you end up paying more because custom and duty tax.

First time I used estaderma usually I use glamderma but by far estaderma delivers faster has more range and absolutley loved this experience from the easy payment method to the express delivery ..thanks will use u again

My first experience buying from this company was just phenomenal! My products arrived from a different country within four days. And customer service was exceptional.. Many personalized gratitudes and updates along the way! Package arrived nicely wrapped with a free gift. And best of all, they take PayPal, which most countries outside US do not 💕
