I have usually good experiences with estaderma , as some customers already know , is a bit difficult to make payments using the global transfer, Remitly etc , I wish to be able to pay with credit card direcrly but usually won’t work and / or using PayPal . Other than that , i have ordered items to canada and also delivered to Mèxico . Good service and great products

J'ai passé de nombreuses commandes chez Estaderma, et j'en ai toujours été pleinement satisfait, malgré un choix de produits assez limité : produits authentiques, qualité et sérieux du service client. Cependant, leurs prix et leurs services sont désormais globalement moins compétitifs (beaucoup de différences de prix selon les produits). Ils proposent toujours des remises importantes, jusqu'à 35 %, mais ces remises s'appliquent à des prix parfois plus élevés que chez les vendeurs concurrents, ou ne s'appliquent pas sur des produits constamment légèrement remisés, ce qui réduit les économies réelles réalisées. La livraison n'est plus gratuite quel que soit le montant de la commande, mais cette information n'est pas précisée lors de la commande. La livraison apparaît toujours gratuite à partir d'un certain montant (plus de 300 cents euros), mais dans un e-mail de confirmation de commande des frais de livraison de 35 $ sont ajoutés avant le paiement. J'ai rencontré ce problème lors de ma dernière commande et j'ai demandé un geste commercial qui m'a été refusé. Par conséquent, j'ai annulé ma commande, d'autant plus que d'autres vendeurs proposent les mêmes produits à des prix souvent comparables et avec des services parfois supérieurs (en particulier le paiement par carte bancaire sans frais) souvent avec un choix de produits bien plus large. Le point faible d'Estaderma a toujours été le nombre réduit de références, le fait de ne pas trouver tous les produits vendus sur d'autres plateformes mais Estaderma était imbattable en termes de prix ; ce n'est plus le cas aujourd'hui. I've placed numerous orders with Estaderma, which have always been entirely satisfactory, although the product selection is rather limited. However, their prices and services are now less competitive. They still offer significant discounts of up to 35%, but these discounts are applied to inflated prices, which reduces the overall savings. Shipping is no longer free regardless of the order amount, but this isn't indicated during the checkout process. Shipping initially appears free, but then an order confirmation email adds a $35 shipping fee before payment. I encountered this frustrating issue with my last order and requested compensation, which was refused. Consequently, I canceled my order, especially since other sellers offer the same products at comparable prices and with similar services, often with a much wider selection of items not available at Estaderma.

This site has a wide variety of amazing products. I’ve gotten the most effective skin care products. Shipping is fast, just expensive, which is expected considering how far the products are being shipped from.

Products were great. Shipping was actually two day shipping, so really quick I was shocked. Gave an 4 star because Ice packs had already thawed out so products weren’t cold and arrived hot so I immediately placed them in the fridge. I ordered toxta Botox and I’m extremely impressed with the product, as well as lipolab shots. I haven’t completed the full lipolab treatment but I’m three weeks in and I’m looking forward to finishing out a full 6 weeks of the treatment. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.

I’ve been consistently ordering from Estaderma for over two years now and overall, I’m really happy with their service. The products are great, and the staff is always quick to respond to any questions. A couple of times, items were missing from my order, but they were very professional and immediately sent the missing products once it was brought to their attention. There have also been occasional delays due to stock or high demand, but they always kept me informed. I appreciate their customer service and will definitely keep coming back!
